"Baião de dois" (#pt) é um prato típico da região Nordeste do Brasil. Seus ingredientes básicos são arroz e feijão (sendo essa dupla ligada à origem do nome), carne-seca, banana e queijo coalho. Existem variações regionais. Este meu preparado da foto é como encontramos no interior de Sergipe, Brasil. Feito pela minha esposa em nosso fogão de lenha, aqui na região sul do Brasil.

"Baião de dois" (#en by google) is a typical dish from the Northeast region of Brazil. Its basic ingredients are rice and beans (this duo is linked to the origin of the name), dried meat, banana and coalho cheese. There are regional variations. This preparation of mine in the photo is how we found it in the interior of Sergipe, Brazil. Made by my wife in our wood stove, here in the southern region of Brazil.
