Have you been to the beach today? That question is probably normal if you are close to the sea or if you are a beach person. Maybe this looks different for people who are far from the sea. We have long agreed that the beach will always be a favorite destination. One research stated that the beach has a calming effect on the soul, the sound of the waves will trigger calm, until finally, we can say that the beach is very good for the brain, feelings, and thoughts because you can be happy, calm, and excited.
What do you see on the beach? First is Blue
Yups, of course, we agree the first thing you see is the blue color of the sea, although sometimes the color turns cloudy, but blue is general color until we recognize the blue color of the sea. is that right? Ok, then how do you feel about that blue color?
Maybe people have different feelings when they see the blue color of the sea, but for me, the color blue produces a sense of calm. Moreover, the blue color is then interspersed with the sound of the waves crashing which provokes our nerves to move closer to it and then swim in it, once we are more relaxed.
In the view of psychology, people who experience boredom and work pressure will yearn for a truly calm atmosphere. So the beach, its blue color, and the pounding of the waves is the perfect means to get rid of all that.
How about the waves?
That's the second thing you'll always find on the beach. I find the sound of the waves soothing because always produce a regular sound and rhythm. This is perfect for me to clear my mind. There is a stimulation of the sound of the waves crashing against our body and this increases the production of chemicals like serotonin and dopamine and this is good for calming our body.
The second stimulus that you get is a strong desire to immediately take a shower and swim and rest assured this will make your mood feel better, stress levels reduced, and sleep more soundly. That's my opinion, maybe you think it's different from what you've experienced, so just try to share it on this #hive and #community blockchain social media like liketu.com and decency.
The third reason is that your view is wide.
We have to admit, wherever the beach is always presented with a wide expanse of sea. The blue color and the lapping of the waves synergize with the wide-eye view. almost no big barrier blocking your view. This is very positive, our minds become trained not to be narrow in thinking and always try to add broad insights. Again, this is my opinion and may differ from yours.
The sand is a good reflection
Beach sand is the fourth thing you usually find on the beach. If the sand is not on the beach then it is not the beach. Such is the strong connection between the sand and the beach. Sand is produced from the sea, beaches are formed from the waves crashing on land, and blue is produced from the reflection of sunlight and the color of the sky. All synergize in producing beauty.
The sand that you step on and you walk on, is a small grain and is created without ever getting angry when you step on it. Your physical response when you come into contact with sand triggers a reaction in the body. Without realizing it, we find a good way to nerve our reflection.
Stimulation for these skin and nerve sensations tends to be different and sometimes depends on how often you come to the beach. But the point is, that sand has a good effect on the body. We often meet people planted in the sand because they believe the salt in it can trigger nerves and blood circulation for the better.
The last thing is the beauty of the sunset
It is undeniable, the sunset is the most beautiful thing you will find on the beach in the late afternoon. Many people aspire to get sunset photography with various cameras. Many beautiful colors are offered by the sun. Amazement at this phenomenon makes a person sometimes able to interact through words and sentences and sometimes become poetic in a moment.
