I understand Monday's are always busy days with lots of work and left over works from Friday for some people, but in my case, from Monday to Saturday is always busy days for me and the only day I have to rest which I will still have to go to church and sometimes programs after service is on Sundays and that's really tough. today I had to go out and rest, taking care of my mental health and it was great, compare to my last fun day, this was actually great.
