The earth can be read like a book. But you need to know its language. This is the language of stones, rivers and lakes, forests and deserts. Oh, I envy geologists. But I like to intuit the wisdom of the earth. These stones seem eternal to us, but they were also born many millions of years ago. Their birth was long, as was their life. There was once a huge sea here. And the sand gradually petrified at its bottom.
It seems difficult for trees or other plants to grow on rock. But thanks to a small layer of soil, trees grab the chance to live their lives... Well, moss and lichens are generally the most living creatures of nature. In the Carpathian forest, you feel as if you have stepped back a million years...

Землю можна читати як книгу. Та потрібно знати її мову. Мову каменів, річок і озер, лісів і пустель. Ех, я заздрю геологам. Я люблю інтуїтивно сприймати мудрість землі. Ці камені здаються нам вічними, але і вони народилися багато мільйонів років тому. Народження їхнє було довгим, як і їх життя. Кажуть, колись тут було величезне море. І на його дні поступово закам'янів пісок.
Здається, на камені важко рости деревам чи іншим рослинам. Але завдяки невеликому шару ґрунту дерева хапаються за шанс прожити своє життя... Ну а мох та лишайники — це взагалі найживучіші створіння природи. У карпатському лісі почуваєшся ніби потрапив на мільйон років назад...
