Hi everyone

For this post, I'm proud to present the delicious cake which I like to do often because everyone in my house likes to eat. This is the delicious Pandan Chiffon Cake. It is easy and simple to make.

Ingredients 1
10 pandan leaves
Cake Flour 80 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Canola Oil 60 grams
Fresh milk 60 grams
4 Egg yolks
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Ingredient 2 (meringue)​
Sugar 50 grams
4 egg whites
Cream of Tata 1/2 teaspoon

Procedure​ to make Ingredients 1

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.
  2. Put pandan leaves in a blender with a little water.Then filtered until only the pandan juice is left.
  3. In a bowl. Sift all dry ingredients (cake flour, baking powder and salt). Set aside.
  4. In a different bowl. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until light in color. Add canola oil, pandan juice, and fresh milk and then whisk until well incorporated.
  5. ip in the sifted dry ingredients in three batches and using a spatula fold gently until it becomes smooth and not clumpy. Set aside.

Procedure​ to make Ingredients 2 (meringue egg white)

  1. Pour the egg whites into a new mixing bowl. Use a mixer on low speed enough to produce coarse foam. Then add Cream of Tartar accordingly. Continue beating until the egg whites begin to become finely textured
  2. Divide the sugar into three parts. gradually put one part at a time Continue on low speed until the sugar is gradually added. and increase it to medium speed. Continue beating until the meringue mixture has formed soft peaks

Combine the 1st ingredient with the 2nd
ingredient (meringue) by dividing the meringue in half. Spoon into the 1st mixing bowl and use a rubber spatula to gently fold to combine.

Line the Cake mold with fluted paper liners. The paper liners make the cake easy to release from the cake mold, keep them moist, make them look pretty.

Add the batter into the Cake mold and bake for 15-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean your cake are done.Let them cool for a few minutes in the cake mold then take them out.Serve and enjoy to eat.
