Dear friends I come to test this dapp that everyone says it's great I hope it will be very useful and I can use it frequently.
The images I show are the result of years of practice in the artisan bakery, especially the bubble shown in the image of the dough is the product of a quality kneading where the gluten is formed perfectly is a balance in the hydration of the mixture and kneading to generate a good activation of gluten.
All this sacrifice results in a quality bread as shown in the second image, a soft, fluffy, durable and generates an incredible satiety.
To make this dough, I used a portion of beer which, having cereals and yeast, helps to achieve a texture similar to that of a bread with sourdough and many hours of fermentation.
I hope you like it and you can appreciate what I am trying to describe.

Queridos amigos vengo a probar esta dapp que todos dicen que está genial espero me sea muy útil y poder usar de forma frecuente.
Las imágenes bque muestro son el fruto de años de práctica en la panadería artesanal, sobretodo la burbuja que se muestra en la imagen de la masa es producto de un amasado de calidad donde el gluten se forma de manera perfecta es un equilibrio en la hidratación de la mezcla y el amasado para generar una buena activación del gluten.
Todo este sacrificio trae como consecuencia un pan de calidad como el que se aprecia en la segunda imagen, un pan suave, esponjoso, duradero y genera una saciedad increíble.
Para realizar esta masa utilice una porción de cerveza que al poseer cereales y levadura ayudan a conseguir una textura similar a la que tiene un pan con masa madre y muchas horas de fermentación.
Espero que sea de su agrado y puedan apreciar lo que intento describir.
