On the one hand the rules are good and they must be observed, but sometimes watching how the people's deputies in parliament are blown off the roof and they come up with completely utopian laws then you understand how good it is sometimes to be away from such laws and rules simple be an observer not a participant.
Just like a pedestrian who did not take a step onto the roadway and did not become a road user but remained a pedestrian who watches cars rush past him.
