Perfect hearing in an imperfect world.

You know, only people who, as they say, have perfect hearing can become violinists.

It is difficult for me to talk about this, because I do not have such a skill, it is not given to me to know the subtleties of musical semitones, and, as a result, even if I pick up a violin, nothing good will come of it.

But, like most people, I am able to hear sounds that are unpleasant to the ear, such as the terrible sound of an old bus engine, the creaking of brake drums and poorly lubricated bus doors that wobble and rattle on bumps in the road.

Looking at a child who was holding a sleeping violin on his lap, I involuntarily thought about what it would be like for the owner of perfect hearing to live in such an imperfect world, where there are a lot of terrible and unpleasant sounds.

I took this photo on a city bus during quarantine, you know, there is a lot of positive in this photo, because, regardless of the situation, the music is alive!
