Newbies Initiative
A week ago, we launched another edition of the NEWBIES INITIATIVE. This is a very cool project by @smi-le, and that has been lead by @starstrings01 for several months. We are very excited because we had a great reception and we got more applications than we expected.

Hace una semana lanzamos otra edición de la INICIATIVA DE NOVATOS. Se trata de un proyecto muy genial de @smi-le, y que ha sido liderado por @starstrings01 durante varios meses. Estamos muy emocionados porque hemos tenido una gran recepción y hemos conseguido más solicitudes de las que esperábamos.

Here is @princessbusayo from Nigeria, who just joined HIVE on March 30. So far, she has 15 followers and almost 100 Posts and comments. She is doing great. Here you can read her introduction post.

Requirements
- Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power to grow your account and solve possible issues with Resource Credits. I can explain how settings can do that if you don´t know.
For this months, this will be optional because, at the moment, HBD is over $1.00, so you may want to sell those HBDs to earn more HIVE. Contact me if you have questions about this.
Participating newbies are expected to publish often, at least one post a day. This is possible to attain. That's why we would like to recommend you joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.
Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. We will be on the lookout for healthy comments and supporting them through upvotes or tips via the @peakd tipping system.
Requisitos

Este tipo de iniciativas sin duda alguna dará un importante impulso al ecosistema, ya que los novatos se sentirán acompañados y respaldados, elementos fundamentales cuando se está iniciando en Hive. Me parece excelente este esquema de solidaridad, apoyo y guía para tantas personas que de seguro ingresarán a Hive; además de que contarán con una guía para comprender de forma más fluida, el funcionamiento de la plataforma. Así es, por experiencia hemos visto que los primeros meses en HIVE son los más difíciles y por eso estamos brindnado esta iniciativa para poder aumentar la retención de los nuevos usuarios y que poco a poco vayan recomendando este blockchain a sus amigos y familiares.
