Das waren die HIVE OPEN DAYS in ALICANTE und ehrlich, ich war geflasht hoch tausend. Eigentlich sind die HOD schon vorbei, aber ich sitze immer noch in Alicante und habe so gar keinen Schimmer, wohin es als Nächstes geht. Zumindest habe ich mal ein Zimmer für heute eingecheckt – das ist schon mal gut so ;-)
Aktuell genieße ich einen guten Cappuccino, eine Bowl und das WLAN in einem netten kleinen Café, empfohlen von @ninaeatshere.

HIVE OPEN DAYS – was für ein Event?!
Danke an @tibfox, @ninaeatshere, @ph1102 und all die Sprecher @alessandrawhite, @palomap3 und @livinguktaiwan.
Es war wirklich interessant! Das Wochenende war ganz nach meinem Geschmack und im Vergleich zu den HIVE MEETUPS in Wien eine wahre „Völlerei“. Unglaublich, was hier für einmalig 20 HBD auf die Beine gestellt wurde: Top Location, super Präsentationen und Essen ohne Ende. Ganz zu schweigen von der Bootsfahrt nach Tabarca, dem Essen dort und dem Spaß an der ganzen Sache. Die Preise waren sowohl für alte Hasen als auch für Newbies ein Traum – für mich eine weitere Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte.
Was mich wirklich gewundert hat: Dass doch einige Neue über die Meetup.com-App zum Event kamen und direkt onboarded wurden. So, jetzt seid ihr „Neuen“ dran – ich freue mich auf eure Posts!

Von Chiclana nach Sevilla, nach Alicante und wieder retour. Eine Nacht verlängert, nette Leute getroffen, einen super Abend mit dem Rockstar @anamz aus Venezuela gehabt, Wein getrunken und das Flair Spaniens genossen.
Die #HOD waren weit mehr als nur ein Community-Event. Ich habe viel für die Meetups in Wien mitgenommen, habe mit einigen alten und neuen Hasen gesprochen und will dort nun einiges verändern. Auch @godfish, ein alter Bekannter der Wiener Meetups aus Prag, hat mir gute Inputs gegeben.
Einfach cool zu sehen, wie die HIVE-Community im „kleinen Kreise“ solche Events pusht, auf die Beine stellt und wir mit so viel Spaß dabei sein dürfen.
Kennst du das? Die einen sagen dies, die anderen das und irgendwie denkst du dir nur: ???. Ich habe gelernt, mir selbst eine Meinung zu bilden, und dafür bin ich mehr als dankbar. Denn das Wochenende war – inklusive des „4 Jahre Baccarat Entertainment Geburtstagscalls“ – der Wahnsinn. Der eine oder andere weiß ja, dass ich von Montag bis Freitag online nur Gewinne mitnehme. Eine Geschichte, die fast zu gut klingt, um wahr zu sein, und dennoch mache ich es. Das eine schließt das andere definitiv nicht aus und somit ist alles perfectoooo ...

HIVE ist HIVE – dezentral, Web3 und im besten Falle auch in 50 Jahren noch da. Für mich ist die Blockchain wie ein Tagebuch, ein Erlebnisbuch, in dem ich meine Learnings, Erlebnisse, Reisen, aber auch Tipps teile. Es macht Spaß, das später selbst nachzulesen.
So, nun zum Event selbst ✌️:
Donnerstag, der 30.04., war Onboarding: Programm durchgehen, besprechen und – wie könnte es anders sein – Essen. Ein kleines Warm-up mit Megabuffet, von dem locker noch 10 Leute mehr hätten satt werden können.

Wie auch immer, es war cool zu sehen, wie viele Leute die Reise auf sich nahmen und sogar mit dem Camper anreisten. @haastrecht war am Anfang irgendwie „na ja“, aber ganz ehrlich: Über das Wochenende entwickelte sich eine Freundschaft. Er war mit seinem VW-Bus auf Tour und es war wirklich lässig, ihn kennenzulernen.

Freitag war dann das Main-Event im Ulab – wohl eine der besten Locations für so ein Event. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Vortrag von @livinguktaiwan über die Communities auf HIVE. Aber auch @tibfox hat mich überzeugt, mich in Zukunft mehr mit @threespeak zu beschäftigen. @palomap3 habe ich leider nicht ganz verstanden, da der Vortrag auf Spanisch war und ich den Übersetzungsmonitor nicht sehen konnte. Im Grunde waren aber alle gut und es tat wirklich gut, das alles einmal LIVE zu erleben. Von „Online to Offline“ – es ist einfach lässig, die Menschen auch mal „in echt“ zu sehen.
Samstag war die Insel Tabarca angesagt und es war herrlich. Eine wunderschöne Insel, super Essen, das Quiz am Strand und die cleanplanettour.io. @cleanplanet auf der Insel – ganz ehrlich, das habe ich auch zum ersten Mal gemacht.
Der Sonntag war nach dem tollen Programm am Samstag der Sightseeing-Tag, den ich ein wenig ausließ, um am BEClub22-Call um 10 Uhr morgens dabei zu sein. Herrlich! Zu Mittag war ich dann natürlich wieder am Start.
Liebe HIVE-Community, eine Community lebt von der Gemeinschaft. Mir ist klar, dass nicht jeder das Geld hat, um solche Events zu besuchen. Jedoch sind 20 HBD nichts, wenn du aktiv auf HIVE bist. Das Event #HOD hat viel Spaß gemacht und ich durfte viele neue Gesichter kennenlernen. Die HIVE-Reise geht weiter, mein Leben geht weiter, und auch wenn viele Menschen da draußen skeptisch gegenüber HIVE und Online-Business sind: Tragt es nach außen!

Letztendlich sehe ich auch ein paar kritische Punkte bei solchen Events bzw. bei unserer geliebten Chain, aber ich will die positiven Eindrücke im Gedächtnis behalten. Ich freue mich auf weitere HIVE OPEN DAYS und womöglich das @hivefest, wo ich dann auch das erste Mal dabei sein werde.
Übrigens blogge ich immer noch am liebsten über @peakd, aber seit den #HOD habe ich wieder @ecency auf dem Handy. Die App ist neben der @hivekeychain einfach die beste.
Spanien ist anders, no na net, das Flair ein Traum und es ist immer noch Off-Season, was alles entspannter macht.

HIVE OPEN DAYS – what an event?!
Thanks to @tibfox, @ninaeatshere, @ph1102 and all the speakers: @alessandrawhite, @palomap3, and @livinguktaiwan.
It was truly interesting! The weekend was exactly to my taste and, compared to the HIVE MEETUPS in Vienna, a total "feast." It’s incredible what was organized here for a one-time fee of 20 HBD: Top location, great presentations, and food without end. Not to mention the boat trip to Tabarca, the meal there, and the overall fun of it all. The prices were a dream for both "old stagers" and newbies alike – for me, it was another experience I wouldn't want to miss.
What really surprised me was that quite a few new people joined through the Meetup.com app, attended the event, and were onboarded right then and there. Now it's your turn, "newbies" – I’m looking forward to your posts!

The #HOD was far more than just a community event. I took a lot away for the meetups in Vienna; I spoke with several veterans and newcomers and want to change a few things there. @godfish, an old acquaintance from the Vienna meetups who came from Prague, also gave me some great input.

It’s just cool to see how the HIVE community pushes and organizes such events in a "small circle" and how we get to be part of it with so much joy.
Do you know that feeling? Some say this, others say that, and somehow you’re just left thinking: ???. I’ve learned to form my own opinion, and for that, I’m more than grateful. Because this weekend – including the "4-year Baccarat Entertainment birthday call" – was insane. Some of you know that from Monday to Friday, I only take profits online. A story that almost sounds too good to be true, and yet, I do it. One definitely doesn't exclude the other, so everything is perfectoooo...
I’m grateful I came to see the event for myself. Of course, I also discussed critical points regarding the community and HIVE with fellow HIVERs, including @ninaeatshere, @alessandrawhite, and @tibfox. We chatted about ideas and had very interesting conversations.
One thing I’ve learned in life: You can never expect something from others if you aren’t willing to walk the path or change something yourself.
What I also experienced and learned this weekend: Web2 is Web2 – and if you have haters or don't fit into the system, your account is gone and blocked. Just happened to me on Instagram.
Why am I mentioning this here?
HIVE is HIVE – decentralized, Web3, and ideally still around in 50 years. For me, the blockchain is like a diary, a book of experiences where I share my learnings, experiences, travels, and tips. It’s fun to read back through it yourself.

Now, about the event itself ✌️:
Thursday, April 30th, was onboarding: going through the program, discussing things, and – how could it be otherwise – eating. A little warm-up with a mega-buffet that could easily have fed 10 more people.
Anyway, it was cool to see how many people made the journey, some even arriving in campers. At first, @haastrecht was a bit "well, okay," but honestly: a friendship developed over the weekend. He was touring in his VW bus, and it was really cool to get to know him.
Friday was the main event at Ulab, probably one of the best locations for such an event. I particularly enjoyed the talk by @livinguktaiwan about HIVE communities. But @tibfox also convinced me to look into @threespeak in the future. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand @palomap3 since the talk was in Spanish and I couldn't see the translation monitor. But basically, they were all good, and it felt great to experience it all LIVE. From "Online to Offline" – it’s just cool to see people "in real life."
Saturday was Tabarca Island day, and it was glorious. A beautiful island, great food, the beach quiz, and cleanplanettour.io. @cleanplanet on the island – honestly, I did that for the first time too.
Sunday, after a great program on Saturday, was sightseeing day, which I skipped a bit to join the BEClub22 call at 10 AM. Wonderful! By lunchtime, I was back in action, of course.

Dear HIVE community, a community lives through its members. I realize not everyone has the money to attend such events. However, 20 HBD is nothing if you are active on HIVE. The #HOD event was a lot of fun, and I got to meet many new faces. The HIVE journey continues, my life continues, and even if many people out there are skeptical about HIVE and online business: Spread the word!
Ultimately, I do see a few critical points regarding such events or our beloved chain, but I want to keep the positive impressions in mind. I’m looking forward to more HIVE OPEN DAYS and possibly @hivefest, which I’ll be attending for the first time.
By the way, I still prefer blogging on @peakd, but since #HOD, I have @ecency back on my phone. Besides @hivekeychain, it’s simply the best app.
Spain is different – obviously – the flair is a dream, and it’s still off-season, which makes everything more relaxed.
To quote @ninaeatshere: "Maybe it’s the sun that makes people here happier than elsewhere."

Danke @uwelang , es stimmt, es war viel Arbeit, die sich aber bezahlt gemacht hat. Noch nie 80 Dollar noch dazu bei so einem Kurs verdient. Herrlich, oder?
Die #hod waren super und oft sind billige Flüge mittlerweile intelligenter, als sich unser Ösiland zu kämpfen ... wobei Graz auch geil ist und womöglich du mal zum Meet Up kommst.
