Saludos, comunidad hermosa de Hive. Hoy deseo compartir con ustedes algo que aprendí hace unos años y que estoy seguro les será tan útil como me ha sido desde entonces.
Les cuento que un día, como se ha hecho costumbre en Venezuela, estaba sin recursos económicos, ni comida en mis almacenes. Una situación dura para quien tiene esposa y tres hijos que mantener.
Ese día, siendo un poco después del mediodía, un hermano de la congregación envió una información acerca del precio de unos alimentos que estaba vendiendo su suegra, y que realmente estaban bastante económicos, pero cuando no tienes dinero, hasta lo más barato se te hace caro, por lo que tuve que decir que no.
Hasta ahí es un día común, pero el milagro llega cuando ese hermano se apareció con dos bolsas de alimentos, y al tratar de hacer un compromiso de pago con él, me respondió que ya estaban pagados. No me quiso decir quién, pero estoy seguro que fue el Señor quien respondió a nuestra necesidad.
Estoy seguro que en algún momento han sido bendecidos así, pero el milagro sigue porque el Señor me mostró una visión del Canal de Panamá cuando entraba un buque, y dijo a mi corazón: Así como el canal se llena cuando abre las puertas, y luego deja salir el agua cuando el buque sale, así hago con aquellos que son mis canales de bendición: Nunca estarán vacíos.
Quiero decirte que cuando abrimos las puertas para dar, también están abiertas para recibir, y mira que la presión externa es mayor que la interna, es decir, lo que el Señor va a poner en ti es mucho más de lo que estás dejando salir.
Es por este motivo que te invito a tener las puertas siempre abiertas, no niegues la ayuda a quien la necesite, más bien da gracias porque no eres quien necesita esa ayuda y tienes la capacidad para ayudar. Cuando alguien te pide ayuda está viendo la capacidad que, tal vez, ni tú mismo veas.
Los canales de bendición siempre están llenos, no les falta nada, al contrario, muchas veces se rebosan y riegan todo lo que está a su alrededor, transformando su ambiente. Creo que estás llamado a cambiar tu entorno, pero debes dejarte llenar, deja que la bendición fluya en ti y a través de ti. No trates de retener nada de manera injusta.
Para llegar lo nuevo, debe irse lo viejo. Mira las plantas que dejan caer sus hojas para tener retoños, así sus frutos maduros para volver a florecer y dar nuevos frutos. Así de hermosa puede ser tu vida si te dejas usar como canal de bendición.
En mi vida hay muchos canales de bendición, y yo quiero ser uno también. No hay nada que llene más que ver a una persona sonreír al ver una necesidad resuelta, al saber que ha recibido algo por gracia.
Cierro con este mensaje: Da de gracia lo que de gracia recibes, y trata a los demás como deseas que te traten. No mires los defectos de los demás, usa tus virtudes y sigue hacia adelante.

I tell you that one day, as has become customary in Venezuela, I was without economic resources, nor food in my stores. A tough situation for someone who has a wife and three children to support.
That day, being a little after noon, a brother of the congregation sent an information about the price of some food that his mother-in-law was selling, and that really were quite cheap, but when you have no money, even the cheapest thing becomes expensive, so I had to say no. So far it is an ordinary day, but it is an ordinary day.
So far it is an ordinary day, but the miracle comes when that brother showed up with two bags of food, and when I tried to make a payment commitment with him, he replied that they were already paid for. He would not tell me who, but I am sure it was the Lord who responded to our need.
I am sure that at some point you have been blessed in this way, but the miracle continues because the Lord showed me a vision of the Panama Canal when a ship was coming in, and He said to my heart: Just as the canal fills when He opens the gates, and then lets the water out when the ship leaves, so I do with those who are my channels of blessing: They will never be empty.
I want to tell you that when we open the doors to give, they are also open to receive, and see that the external pressure is greater than the internal pressure, that is to say, what the Lord is going to put in you is much more than what you are letting out.
It is for this reason that I invite you to always keep the doors open, do not deny help to those who need it, rather give thank you because you are not the one who needs that help and you have the capacity to help. When someone asks you for help they are seeing the capacity that, perhaps, you yourself do not see.
The channels of blessing are always full, they do not lack anything, on the contrary, many times they overflow and water everything around them, transforming their environment. I believe you are called to change your environment, but you must let yourself be filled, let the blessing flow in you and through you. Don't try to hold anything back unfairly.
For the new to come, the old must go. Look at the plants that drop their leaves to have shoots, so their ripe fruit to bloom again and bear new fruit. That's how beautiful your life can be if you let yourself be used as a channel of blessing.
In my life there are many channels of blessing, and I want to be one too. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a person smile to see a need met, to know that they have received something by grace.
I close with this message: Give of grace what of grace you receive, and treat others as you wish to be treated. Don't look at the faults of others, use your virtues and move forward.
