Hi, I can see with my eyes here and observe, it's important to note that the transportation in the country and in the State. The roads in many parts of the state and even in the country as a whole are not motorable and this has been a major problem for the commuters. In order for a country to develop and grow, transportation must be a priority. This will definitely connect people from all the parts of a state and country together and make them interact. I can boldly say that transportation in developed countries cannot be compared to that of the one we have here in Nigeria because we are still battling with roads that are bad, railway that not fully functioning. It's important for any Government who wants to strive well and development economically to make transportation well accessible to it's people. People on different parts of the state and country need this transportation to move their goods from me geographical location to a another and also to go to their working place.
I can say this boldly that the roads in the country and especially in Ondo state is in a bad State. This is very bad on the side of the Government to provide good and motorable roads for it's citizens. I have observed that the roads that were constructed several years back are still stronger than those that were constructed recently, this is as a results of giving all these roads works to people who are not competent enough to handle and also even those who are competent are being dried off by those who give the contracts out by collecting huge amount of money from them and making them to construct roads that won't last. So many lives had been lost from all these bad roads through out the country and even Ministers have lost their life too. It's important for the Government to try all it's best to provide and maintain the road too. Majority of these roads do not have proper drainage and this has made water to flow on the roads and affecting them negativity.
It's very important to note that due to high population influx and explosion, the heavy users of the roads has also contributed to the problems with road. Roads are being congested and the movement of people and goods had increased considerably over the years. The people who ply the road have exceeded the capacity of the roads. People have migrated to towns and cities to look for greener pastures and this is important to note that this has also affected the roads too. In addition, accidents are very rampant and common on highway and even in the town because of this bad roads, I have lost some of my friends to this and it's a really a bad thing to say. The Government need to work hard and provide other alternative means of transportation such as railer to the people to use. This will definitely reduce the movement of people on the road. Good railway system used in developed countries will definitely contribute to the development of the Country.

Wow this road is trully horrible! This is a driver's nighmare. I do hope that the authorities will do more to repair the whole infrastructure, the poor quality of the roads is a real threat for citizens. We are in 2021 and this should not happen in any country
Exactly my sister, it's quite horrible and we can only hope the Government do what is right and fix the road and make it motorable for the populace.
