Since I use ingredients such as eggs, flour and milk, I can say it is a satisfying meal. You can prepare this dish in about 20 minutes. Cooking time in the pan is 10 minutes and your filling time is about 10 minutes. Since we don't have much time before going to work in the mornings, he can keep us healthy and full by making this kind of meal. I added grated cheddar as an extra, but you can prepare it if you don't have cheddar at home.

Ingredients that should be used for this dish:

  • 2 tomatoes

  • ½ cup of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of flour

  • 1 egg

  • Quarter tea glass of vegetable oil

  • Salt, pepper and chili pepper

  • As an extra: 50 grams of grated cheddar

Making Stages:

First, we will start by making the filling. In a mixing bowl, respectively; Let's add the egg, milk, oil, flour, salt and spices. Let's mix it with the help of a spoon until the inner mortar becomes thick. Now cut the two tomatoes into round medium size. You can cut it the way I did. Let's also grate the cheese. All our ingredients are ready. Now, let's add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Let's put the tomatoes we cut after 1-2 minutes in the pan. As soon as the tomatoes are cooked, let's add the filling that we prepared to the pan. When the top and bottom of the dish is solid, add the grated cheese on it. Let's continue cooking on low heat until the cheddar melts. When the cheddar melts; Dinner is ready !
