Aquí les traigo una receta super fácil para preparar galletas de chocolates y que nos quedan muy deliciosas. Se que les encantará esta receta porque lleva pocos ingredientes, a mi me encantaron y los pequeños de la casa se que también les encantarán.

Here I bring you a super easy recipe to prepare chocolate cookies that are very delicious. I know you will love this recipe because it has few ingredients, I loved them and the kids of the house will love them too.
Ingredientes
- 1 Huevo.
- 1 taza y 1/2 de harina de trigo.
- 1/2 taza de cacao.
- 1 cdta. de polvo de hornear.
- 1/2 taza de azúcar.
- 1 pizca de sal.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg.
- 1 cup and 1/2 of wheat flour.
- 1/2 cup of cocoa.
- 1 tsp of baking powder.
- 1/2 cup of sugar.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparación. / Preparation:
- Pre calentamos el horno a 180°.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
- En un bold agregamos el huevo y el azucar.
In a bold add the egg and the sugar.
- Batimos con ayuda de un batidor hasta que se disuelva el azúcar.
We beat with the help of a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.
- Luego le empezamos a añadir el aceite y seguimos batiendo.

- Le agregamos los polvos que son la harina de trigo, polvo de hornear y el cacao, y por supuesto se tamiza.

- Y comenzamos a mezclar todos los ingredientes, ya luego que se empiece a poner dura utilizamos una paleta o solo las manos y amasamos hasta que deje de pegarse de los dedos.
And we begin to mix all the ingredients, and after it starts to get hard we use a palette or just our hands and knead until it stops sticking to our fingers.
- Si quieren dejarlo reposar lo dejan pero no hace falta.

- Para formar las galletas hacemos unas bolitas y las colocamos en una bandeja ya enharinada.
To form the cookies we make some little balls and place them on a tray and floured.
- Al colocar la bolita en la bandeja, las aplastamos formando un círculo

- Luego las llevamos al horno por 20 minutos.

- Y así quedan las galletas aumentaron un poco y por supuesto que quedaron deliciosas.

Comencé a jugar con la masa y la estire en una superficie y logre sacar unas galletitas de molde de flores. Espero les encante esta receta como a mi y la hagan en casa.
