Hoy les traigo unos deliciosos mini tostones, los tostones son muy comunes en mi pais, antes me encantaba ir a la playa y lo primero que pedía para comer eran unos deliciosos tostones, estos son hechos con el plátano verde, yo decidí hacerlos mini, porque en esta presentación nos serviría como bocadillo y servirlo en una fiesta o reunión.

Today I bring you some delicious mini tostones, tostones are very common in my country, before I loved to go to the beach and the first thing I asked for to eat was some delicious tostones, these are made with the green banana, I decided to make them mini, because in this presentation it would serve us as a snack and serve it at a party or meeting.
Ingredientes / Ingredients:
- Plátano verde./ Green banana.
- Queso. / Cheese.
- Aceite./ Oil.
Preparación./ Preparation.
- Primeramente le quitamos la concha al plátano.
First we remove the shell from the banana.
- Lo cortamos en rueditas.
We cut it into small rolls.
- Luego lo llevamos a freír un poco.
Then we take it to fry a little.
- Con ayuda de un rodillo, pisamos el plátano.
With the help of a roller, we step on the banana.
- Lo pisamos con mucho cuidado que no se nos rompa.
We step on it very carefully so that it doesn't break.
- Y lo llevamos nuevamente a freír.
And we take it back to frying.
- Nos queda así como se muestras, solo queda colocarle queso un poco de salsa y listo.
It remains as it is shown, just put some cheese and sauce and that's it.
Así nos quedan los tostones súper ricos, ¡ me encantan !
