Satisfaction is the most secret and personal thing for everyone. Likewise with satisfaction in writing in a notebook.
What do you feel when writing using a pen on paper? Do you still feel a sensation that you cannot describe in words?
I still enjoy writing in notebooks in this era even though I have a smartphone and a laptop. I love the sensation of being able to scribble on paper, just random or absurd things. I can't do that when I'm using a phone or laptop.
Even if my phone had a digital pen like today's high-end smartphones, it wouldn't replace the sensation of writing with a notebook.
Take notes of small ideas
In many of my notebook collections at home, it contains notes of my ideas mostly for fiction stories and articles on my various projects.
There is a notebook full of specifically for jotting down everything about one novel project I work on.
The idea often comes suddenly. I like to jot down in a notebook instead of on a phone or laptop.
I also often carry my notebook with me when I travel. I don't use it sometimes, but I always love to have a notebook with me. That's why I chose an easy-to-carry notebook that is small and thin so it doesn't interfere with my traveling activities.
Choosing a Lovely Design
Some time ago @jodipamungkas accompanied me to find a new notebook.
We shop at one of the “MINISO” outlets. We're just focused on finding the things we need, so we won't be tempted by other cute items that offer lots of great discounts! We had to refrain from the "danger of discounting". LOL
Luckily, there is a 50 percent discount for a notebook with a minimalist design.
I chose a notebook which is a mix of green and white.
The price after the discount is 35K IDR or 2.5 USD. Affordable price in my opinion.
I am very happy to bring this notebook home. I like to collect notebooks with soft colors and simple designs but look classy.
