Ricas torrejas venezolanas para merendar 👌

in GEMS4 years ago
Hello friends of hive, today I want to show you how I made a typical snack of my country, the first I tried them was many years ago one day I was on the beach with my family and bought them and from that day I liked them so every time I saw that they were sold I took advantage or went to an aunt who made them, then I took advantage and told him to teach me because I called my attention and wanted to know how they were prepared so I could prepare it at any time or occasion I wanted. They are simple to prepare and I'm sure that at home they would like it quite a lot.

Ingredientes – Ingredients

  • 2 tazas de Harina de trigo
  • 1 cuchara de Azúcar
  • ½ cucharada Sal
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla
  • Agua
  • Aceite
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 spoonful of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Water
  • Oil

First we put the wheat flour, salt, butter and sugar in a bowl.

Then we add the water little by little and mix everything with a wooden palette.

After mixing and the dough has reached a consistency, we take it out of the bowl and place it on a table to knead it.

We knead it for approximately 10 minutes and at the end we wrap it in film paper to put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

We take the dough out of the fridge and cut it into small balls.

We take one and with the roller we stretch it until it is as thin and round as possible, we also heat a frying pan with enough oil.

When the frying pan is hot, we put the turret in to cool it down, this is quite fast so we have to be careful not to burn it as I do in one.

Finally, we take out the turret, sprinkle it with sugar and let it cool down so that we can eat it.

Espero les gusta la receta.
