Hello friends of hive, today I bring you a delicious dessert that is the orange delicacy so I will show you the step by step, this delicacy can be made from different fruits such as parchita (passion fruit), this I did to accompany a cake because my neighbor was on her birthday and told me that if I could prepare something so I decided on this dessert because as I had bought oranges I took advantage. This dessert is quite simple to make and the materials are not so many, one of the things I like the most is the consistency since it is soft and similar to jelly.

Ingredientes – Ingredients

  • 180 gr de maicena
  • 250 gr de azúcar
  • 3 tazas de jugo de naranja
  • 6 tazas de agua
  • 1 cucharada de ácido cítrico
  • 2 cucharadas de vainilla
  • 180 gr of cornstarch
  • 250 gr of sugar
  • 3 cups of orange juice
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of citric acid
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla

First we start by dissolving the cornstarch in a cup and a half of orange juice.

In a pot we put the rest of the orange juice with the water, the sugar, the vanilla and the citric acid all this is put to boil on a low heat, although we still have to be careful.

When boiling, add the dissolved cornstarch and mix very well until it gets thick and then take it off the stove.

Then the mixture is quickly poured into a silicone mold with great care and put to rest.

Finally, after the mixture is rested, it is taken to the refrigerator, preferably from one day to the next, so that it is easier to remove it from the mold. After it is removed from the mold, we can enjoy our dessert.

Espero les gusta el postre.
I hope you like the dessert.
