Hoy vengo a ustedes llena de buena onda, y con la mejor disposición para compartir con ustedes lo que este día significó para mí.Por si se lo preguntan: No, no soy madre. Lo más parecido a una vida que está a mi lado es mi perro, Lucas, e incluso cuidarlo es un reto que asumo con mi mejor actitud.
Sin embargo, mi querida princesa, la reina de la casa: MI MAMÁ, estuvo conmigo (gracias a Dios, y espero que por muchos años) y quise hacerle un detalle.
Aquí quiero abrir un paréntesis porque no tenía ni idea de qué regalarle. Sé que las madres son seres hermosos que valoran cualquier detalle porque sus corazoncitos son así, pero, llevaba mucho tiempo regalándole manualidades, y a pesar de la difícil situación soy la que mantiene el hogar y sentía dentro de mí que quería darle algo más.
Entonces comenzó mi crisis existencial. ¿QUÉ PUEDO DAR A LA MUJER MÁS VALIOSA DE MI VIDA SI MAÑANA PAGA EL INTERNET (donde vivo este servicio cuesta 20$ y últimamente no he trabajado mucho por mis estudios)?
Con un presupuesto tan ajustado, poco tiempo y con todo lo que tenía que hacer, casi me da un infarto, lo juro. Pero tuve que calmarme y pensar fríamente, pensé... y pensé: Le haré un desayuno, y aunque sea sencillo, le pondré todo mi cariño.
Me puse manos a la obra.
Freí unos tequeños.
Los hice dorados (con FULL queso).
Compré una torta fría por porción.
Escurrí los tequeños.
Los puse en un plato grande con la tarta.
Por último puse una copa de vino de fresa y añadí un adorno a la porción de tarta fría.
Este fue el resultado final.

Then MY EXISTENTIAL CRISIS BEGAN. WHAT CAN I GIVE TO THE MOST VALUABLE WOMAN IN MY LIFE IF TOMORROW I PAY THE INTERNET (where I live this service costs 20$ and I have not worked much lately because of my studies)?
Within such a tight budget, short time and with all that I had to do, I almost had a heart attack, I swear. But I had to calm down and think coldly, I thought... and I thought: I will make him a breakfast, and even if it is simple, I will put all my love into it.
I got down to work.
I fried some tequeños.
I made them golden brown (full cheese).
I bought one cold cake per portion.
I drained the tequeños and put them in a big plate with the cake.
Finally I put a glass of Strawberry wine and added a decorative topper to the portion of cold cake.
