Al comenzar a trabajar en una institución pública en la situación que se encuentra atravesando actualmente mi país es una manera más de demostrar que en la mayoría de los casos las personas que siguen trabajando en estos servicios se encuentran por simple vocación.
When starting to work in a public institution in the situation that my country is currently going through, it is one more way to show that in most cases the people who continue to work in these services are found by simple vocation.
Es impresionante observar la escasez que se encuentra en nuestro servicio al momento de presentar una emergencia, dónde muchas veces trabajamos con las uñas para poder salvar a un paciente y colocamos todo de nuestro empeño para hacer las cosas lo mejor posible.
It is impressive to observe the scarcity that is found in our service at the time of presenting an emergency, where many times we work with our nails to be able to save a patient and we put all of our efforts to do things as well as possible.
En muchas ocasiones la angustia es tan grande que debemos de ser fuertes para saber abordar la situación y actuar con la mejor serenidad posible, gracias a esto logramos obtener buenos resultados a pesar de las circunstancias.
On many occasions the anguish is so great that we must be strong to know how to approach the situation and act with the best possible serenity, thanks to this we manage to obtain good results despite the circumstances.
Trabajar en un lugar con escasez de insumos es una pelea que se lleva día a día, pero gracias a esto sabemos afrontar diversas situaciones de maneras muy creativas que nadie podría llegar a imaginar... Y aunque no es la idea, ha sido bueno a pesar de ello. Por supuesto eso no quita el hecho de que ésto que sucede sigue siendo una mala situación.
Working in a place with a scarcity of supplies is a fight that takes place every day, but thanks to this we know how to face different situations in very creative ways that no one could ever imagine ... And although it is not the idea, it has been good to despite it. Of course that does not take away from the fact that this is still a bad situation.
