Got invited to a surprise at my Boss's house as I was treated to something which was kinda similar to Hash Browns. I did ask how it was made and it seems aunty saw some YouTube Recipe video and just copied it. It was basically some mashed potatoes spiced up and gently fried on both sides with coconut husks. But as an added ingredient it seems my aunty added some sugar to the mix. So yeah the taste was quite unique with both being Spicy and Sweet at the same time.
For those of you guys who would like a Recipe, it will be very easy to just search Hashbrown Recipe on YouTube as there are a ton of recipes online. So please do try it out.
