Greetings to all Hive friends who visit my blog.
Sabemos que todo comienzo siempre es difícil, pero cuando entras en un mundo totalmente desconocido para ti y además lo haces solo es un poco más cuesta arriba.
En el programa Fusión, transmitido por @radiohive todos los domingos, a las 4pm (hora de Venezuela) y conducido por súper @avellana, conversamos sobre los jóvenes en la blockchain, y fue algo que me llamo mucho la atención porque, por lo general, uno suele estar acostumbrado a escuchar entrevistas a usuarios que ya tienen un largo recorrido por este camino y que presentan diversas ideas y consejos para los nuevos usuarios, pero es poco común escuchar el lado contrario, porque muchas veces sentimos que los nuevos no tenemos mucho que aportar, pero descubrí que si, que todos aprendemos de todos y en este espacio todos tenemos algo que aportar.
Dicho esto, paso a compartir con ustedes lo que fue y sigue siendo mi comienzo en la blockchain de Hive.

In the program Fusion, broadcasted by @radiohive every Sunday at 4pm (Venezuela time) and hosted by super @avellana, we talked about the young people in the blockchain, and it was something that caught my attention because, generally speaking, One is used to listening to interviews with users who have already travelled a long way along this path and who present various ideas and advice for new users, but it is rare to hear the opposite side, because many times we feel that newcomers do not have much to contribute, but I discovered that yes, we all learn from each other and in this space we all have something to contribute.
Having said that, I will now share with you what was and still is my start in the Hive blockchain.
Resulta, que cuando me encontraba en la búsqueda de nuevas opciones para crecer y evolucionar en el ámbito personal y profesional, sin querer queriendo, me tropecé con el mundo de la blockchain, el cual era totalmente desconocido para mi, así que me dispuse a indagar un poco de que trataba, y me encontré con la grata sorpresa de que era un mundo libre, libertad de expresión, libertad de tiempo, libertad de contenido e incluso libertad económica, y cuando supe que podía tener todo eso en un mismo lugar dije: aquí es.
I have always defined myself as a person of challenges, and it is not in vain, I really like challenges, about all those that push you to go ahead and fight for what you want most.
As it turns out, when I was looking for new options to grow and evolve in the personal and professional arena, without wanting to, I stumbled upon the world of the blockchain, which was totally unknown to me, so I set out to find out a little bit about what it was all about, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was a free world, freedom of expression, freedom of time, freedom of content and even economic freedom, and when I knew I could have all of that in one place I said: here it is.
Luego, sabia que una vez registrada debia estarar unos cuantos dias incluso semanas para esperar que confirmaran mi cuenta, pero adivinen que, mi cuenta la confirmaron en 3 dias, si,y cuando revise recuerdo que dije: "¿es asó de fácil?" pero no sabia lo que me esperaba.
Listo el nombre de usuario, lista la confirmación de la cuenta, el siguiente paso, fue personalizar el perfil, intentando buscar una foto y una imagen de fonde que hablara de mi, busque una foto que me relacionan con Italia, de alli se entenderia el nombre de usuario, y el fondo musical, pues la musica es mi mundo, la descripcion, mi usuario, mis profesiones y mis adicciones, fácil... nivel superado.
Let's just say it was hit by a touch of luck when it was my turn to create the account, because the first thing was to decide on the username, and that's where I thought: it has to be something easy to write down and easy to remember, because that way the other users will know you, I've never been very friendly with nicknames, that's why I wanted the username to be related to my first name, so I tried beatrice and obcio, I was busy, then I remembered that everyone who knows me, for some strange reason always ends up calling me "beatrice" yes, you really write beatrice and pronounce beatriche, because as beatrice was busy, I tried beatriche and here I am. . first level waited, hahaha.
Then, I knew that once I registered I would have to wait a few days or even weeks for my account to be confirmed, but guess what, my account was confirmed in 3 days, yes, and when I checked I remember I said: "is it that easy?" but I didn't know what to expect.
Ready the username, ready the confirmation of the account, the next step was to customize the profile, trying to find a photo and a picture that speaks of me, look for a photo that relates me to Italy, there would understand the username, and the background music, because the music is my world, the description, my user, my professions and my addictions, easy ... level passed.
I started reading any number of tutorials for new users, I even made a post asking for help because I felt so disoriented. The tutorials helped a lot and with their help I started to publish, obviously my posts were not very voted, but I got a lot of users that told me that to be new I had not done so badly. Everything seemed to be very uphill and I was beginning to get desperate and discouraged, until without wanting to, I arrived at the community of Radio Hive, and began to see the light, I met very kind people who were willing to help me, I started to work in the radio and my publications began to have a little more success. When I thought that I had overcome everything, the fork in the road occurred, and I felt a dejavu, but this time I was not alone, we all suffered the same evil, so to the detriment of many consolation of all, hahaha, among all of us we helped, we oriented ourselves and here we are and here we continue with the desire to continue creating original and creative content.
Mi consejo para los nuevos usuarios
I am not an expert, but from my little experience there are tips that might be useful for people who are coming to the blockchain
1.- Escribe de lo que realmente te apasiona: muchas veces caemos en el error de buscar lo que a los peces gordos les gusta más, pero si eso no está de acorde con lo que a ti te gusta y de lo que realmente eres, tu contenido no será de impacto, porque la idea es crear contenido creativo y para crear hay que inspirarse por eso no nos podemos inspirar en lo que nos conocemos. Poco a poco descubrirás que siendo tu mismo obtendrás mejores resultados.
1.- Write about what you are really passionate about: many times we fall into the error of looking for what the bigwigs like best, but if that is not in line with what you like and what you really are, your content will not be of impact, because the idea is to create creative content and to create you have to be inspired by that we can not be inspired by what we know. Little by little you will discover that by being yourself you will get better results.
2.- Utiliza fotografías propias: intenta que todas las imágenes que utilizas sean de tu propiedad, siempre hay opciones para darle la vuelta a una foto o imagen que tengamos guardada con el tema que vamos a utilizar, sin embargo, si te ves en la obligación de usar una imagen de Internet, asegúrate de que este libre de derechos de autor o si es una imagen de algún usuario de la blockchain asegúrate de solicitar su permiso para usarla y no olvides nunca colocar la fuente al pie de cada fotografía.
2.- Use your own photographs: try to make all the images you use your own, there are always options to flip a photo or image that we have saved with the theme we are going to use, however, if you are forced to use an image from the Internet, make sure that it is free of copyright or if it is an image of some user of the blockchain make sure to ask their permission to use it and never forget to place the source at the bottom of each photo.
3.- Elige etiquetas populares pero que también identifiquen tu publicación, es decir, si tu post es de foto no utilices la etiqueta de cocina, y si tu post es en ingles o en otro idioma distinto al español no utilices la etiqueta spanish. Queremos lograr visibilidad pero también queremos que las personas que lean nuestro post realmente les interese el tema para que así puedan curar nuestra publicación.
3.- Choose tags that are popular but also identify your publication, i.e. if your post is a photo, do not use the kitchen tag, and if your post is in English or in another language other than Spanish, do not use the Spanish tag. We want to achieve visibility but we also want the people who read our post to be really interested in the topic so that they can cure our publication.
4.- Conoce y date a conocer entre los otros usuarios de la plataforma, recuerda que no es solo publicar u esperar que te lluevan los votos, si quieres ser votado también tienes que votar, así que paseate por la blockchain, leer, vota y comenta otras publicaciones que sean de tu interés, de esta manera iras siendo más visible para que otros te conozcan y comiencen a leer tu contenido.
4.- Know and make yourself known among the other users of the platform, remember that it is not only publishing or waiting for the votes to rain, if you want to be voted you also have to vote, so walk through the blockchain, read, vote and comment on other publications that are of interest, this way you will be more visible for others to know you and begin to read your content.
5.-Define tu estilo nuestras publicaciones hablan de nosotros y no solo en lo que escribimos si no también en como lo escribimos, personaliza un estilo donde la gente que te lee conozca tus gustos, tu personalidad, tu identidad, en este sentido los separadores de texto, y tu firma hablan mucho de ti, intenta usar siempre en mismo formato y así iras creando un identidad original.
5.-Define your style our publications speak about us and not only in what we write but also in how we write it, personalize a style where people who read you know your tastes, your personality, your identity, in this sense the text separators, and your signature speak a lot about you, try to always use the same format and thus you will create an original identity.
6.- No te de pena pedir ayuda la blockchain es como el mundo, hay gente buena como hay gente mala, al principio no sabrás identificar quien es quien, pero aquí la gran mayoría de las personas están dispuesta a guiarte y ayudarte. Pregunta e investiga, no tengas miedo, todos comenzamos desde cero y en algún momentos todos pasamos por lo que tú estas pasando ahora, porque no es fácil recorrer este camino sólo. Así que busca relacionarte con personas que te impulsen y te motiven, que de esas hay muchísimas aquí.
6 .- **Do not be ashamed to ask for help ** the blockchain is like the world, there are good people as there are bad people, at first you will not know who is who, but here the vast majority of people are willing to guide you and help you. Ask and investigate, do not be afraid, we all start from scratch and at some point we all go through what you're going through now, because it is not easy to go this way alone. So look for relationships with people who encourage and motivate you, that of those there are many here.
7.- Participa en retos y concursos esto tiene dos grandes ventajas, primero te ayuda cuando sientes que ya no tienes ideas para tu contenido, cuando no sabes de que escribir esto es una buena opción para despertar tu creatividad y en segundo lugar te ayuda a relacionarte dentro de la plataforma y así te darás a conocer entre los otros usuarios que seguramente tienen tus mismos gustos y aficiones.
7.- Participate in challenges and contests this has two great advantages, first it helps you when you feel that you no longer have ideas for your content, when you do not know what to write this about is a good option to awaken your creativity and secondly it helps you to relate within the platform and in this way you will make yourself known to other users who surely have your same tastes and hobbies.
8.- Cuida tu redacción y ortografía esto es muy importante porque una mala redacción o una mala ortografía le quita interés a tu contenido, puede que escribas de un tema muy interesante pero si tiene faltas ortográficas los curadores perderán el interés y seguramente no te votaran.
8.- Watch your writing and spelling this is very important because a bad writing or spelling takes interest away from your content, you may write about a very interesting topic but if it has spelling mistakes the curators will lose interest and they will probably not vote for you.
9.- Cuidado con el plagio asegurate de que tu contenido sea 100 % original, ya que, en caso de que sea detectado algún tipo de plagio bien sea en contenido o en imágenes seras ganador de votos negativos y un lugar en la lista negra de Hive. Si necesitas utilizar información de referencia utilizas citas muy cortas o simplemente documentate bien sobre el tema y parafrasea la información con tus propias palabras.
9.- Beware of plagiarism make sure that your content is 100% original, because if any kind of plagiarism is detected either in content or images you will be the winner of negative votes and a place in the Hive blacklist. If you need to use reference information, use very short quotes or simply document well on the subject and paraphrase the information in your own words.
10.- No olvides ser respetuoso en todo momento y con todos los usuarios, recuerda que este en mundo libre donde cada persona se expresa como quiere y escribe de lo que quiere, si no estas de acuerdo con una publicación o comentario simplemente no opines ni cures la publicación. Aléjate de los conflictos y únete a desarrollo de un ambiente ameno para ti y para todos.
10 .- Do not forget to be respectful at all times and with all users, remember that this in the free world where each person expresses himself as he wants and writes what he wants, if you do not agree with a publication or comment simply do not opine or cure the publication. Esto es lo poco que puedo aportar desde mi propia experiencia, existen también otros puntos muy importantes como el trading, que es elemental para el crecimiento económico pero no soy la personas más hablar de eso, simplemente intento dar una guia básica para aquellos que comienzan este largo camino.
This is the little I can contribute from my own experience, there are also other very important points like trading, which is elementary for economic growth but I'm not the most talkative person, I just try to give a basic guide for those who start this long journey.
