In three days I will be 4 months in the beehive, it has been a strange journey, nothing has happened as I thought it would, which is good, it means that life has surprised me again.
When I arrived at the beehive I had no idea that it was a decentralized social network, much less that the content I upload to my other social networks was not mine, the vast majority of people get carried away by the emotion and do not read the small print.
When I made my presentation I immediately realized that this was not like the social networks I knew, I tell you my impressions.
En tres días cumpliré, 4 meses en la colmena, ha sido un viaje extraño, nada ha sucedido como creí que seria, lo cual es bueno, significa que la vida me ha sorprendido de nuevo.
Cuando llegue a la colmena no tenía idea de que era una red social descentralizada, mucho menos sabia que el contenido que subo a mis otras redes sociales no era mío, la gran mayoría de las personas nos dejamos llevar por la emoción y no leemos las letras pequeñas.
Al hacer mi presentación inmediatamente caí en cuenta que esta no era como las redes sociales que conocía, les comento mis impresiones.

1-Me gusta mucho ir mucho a la playa y sacar muchas fotografías, siempre que subía una fotografía en traje de baño en el Facebook por ejemplo en pocas horas tenía muchos like, en Hive esas fotos eran indiferentes solo eran una imagen más; así que empecé a pasearme por la plataforma observé el contenido, era muy buen contenido con imágenes excelentes y no eran precisamente una chica en traje de baño, entendí que el contenido era lo más valioso.
2-Me consideró una chica profunda, siempre ando reflexionando sobre la vida, la muerte, los problemas del mundo y que puedo hacer para hacer de este mundo un lugar más agradable, así que cuando solo publicaba una reflexión con un mensaje profundo en el Facebook o Instagram solo un 1% de las personas que normalmente le daban like a mi publicaciones eran quienes se tomaban la molestia de leer, luego invité a una amiga a Hive su respuesta fue “yo no tengo tiempo para crear contenido, eso consume mucho tiempo” así entendí otra diferencia entre Hive y Facebook, Instagram o Twitter, a las personas no les gusta leer o quizás les consume mucho tiempo por eso es más fácil ir de foto en foto o de meme en meme y darle like.
3- When they told me about Hive they didn't tell me you'll earn money for publishing, they told me it's a platform that allows you to monetize your content if your content is well valued by the community, that is if the community considers it's good content and want to vote giving it a reward then you could get good rewards, that's why I never saw Hive as a job and it was so easy for me to decide to enter the platform, the fact that there is a reward involved makes many feel committed, and more responsible with the content they are going to publish, unlike in other centralized networks you take for granted if you upload a selfie that only says "Hello " or if you upload a photo with a 3 minute summary, this makes me see the third difference: the content rewards are an added value to this platform and that makes it much more attractive, I like the way Hive was presented to me and I congratulate the people who did it.
3-Cuando me hablaron de Hive no me dijeron vas a ganar dinero por publicar, me dijeron es una plataforma que te permite monetizar tu contenido si tu contenido es bien valorado por la comunidad, es decir si la comunidad considera que es buen contenido y desear votar otorgándole una recompensa entonces podrías obtener buenas recompensas, por eso nunca vi a Hive como un trabajo y me fue tan sencillo decidir entrar a la plataforma, el hecho de que haya una recompensa de por medio hace que muchos se sientan comprometidos, y más responsables con el contenido que van a publicar, a diferencia en otras redes centralizadas das por sentado si subes una selfie que solo diga “Hola” o si subes una foto con un resumen de 3 minutos, esto me hace ver la tercera diferencia: las recompensas por contenido son un valor agregado para esta plataforma y eso la hace mucho mas atractivo, me gusta la forma como me presentaron Hive y felicito a las personas que lo hicieron.

Esto me hizo reflexionar sobre el trabajo que hacen las ballenas de curación manual, admiro respeto y valoro ese sistema ¿las razones?
Cuando me voto por primera vez una ballena me sentí feliz, emocionada, así que me dije a mi misma que debía hacerlo cada día mejor, ir rompiendo mis propios limites constantemente para así volver a ganar un voto tan preciado y añorado por todos.
¿Qué pasaría si no existiera la curación manual y las ballenas realizarán solo votos automáticos?
Me he hecho esta pregunta muchas veces, creo que muchos creadores de contenidos bajarían la calidad de sus contenidos y muchos dejarían de publicar ¿la razón?
Recibir un voto de una ballena se transforma en una recompensa más alta, pero si los votos van dirigidos a las misma personas de siempre ¿Qué sentido tiene esforzarme por mejorar mi contenido si de igual manera no voy a recibir el apoyó de la comunidad, teniendo presente que muchas veces votamos los contenidos que tienen altas recompensas?
Ahora vamos a verlos desde la óptica de la persona que recibe el voto automático, ¿por qué me voy a esforzar si de igual manera publique lo que publiqué voy a recibir un buen voto?
Por otro lado puedo abusar de la piscina de recompensas ya que siempre que publiqué tiene un voto asegurado.
Cuando analizo todo esto pienso en la forma en que de ahora en adelante voy a invitar a mis amigos a Hive por otro lado agradezco la curación manual que hacen las ballenas y los usuarios de esta plataforma permitiendo que todos los usuarios podamos crecer y no solo eso también nos permite encontrar contenido de calidad porque todos nos esforzamos ya que queremos que nuestro contenido sea valorado por la comunidad y por las ballenas de esta plataforma.
Me gusta la plataforma que conocí esa fue la que me enamoró y deseo de corazón que se siga manteniendo así, que los cambios que se realicen sea para mejorar la plataforma y hacerlo más atractiva a los usuarios de la web 2.0.

HIVE es diferente en tantas cosas, que a medida que estamos en este ecosistema vamos descubriendo y sacando nuestras propias conclusiones.
Un voto automático debería ser un contrato inteligente dentro de la blockchain, dónde ambas partes estén de acuerdo... Y cuando una de las dos partes no quieran seguir haciéndolo, se disuelve y ya. Creo que esa función llegará en cualquier momento. Aquí hay grandes desarrolladores y este es un cabo suelto que seguro van a mejorar.
Mientras, publica, tu contenido hermoso como lo vienes haciendo... Es una forma de llamar la atención a estás cuentas. Es mi forma de pensar.
Completamente de acuerdo contigo, creo que debería ser así y la cuenta de usuario que una ballena decida darle un voto automático sea por que cumple algunos parámetros de contenido y aporta a la comunidad.
Me encantó tu post y coincido contigo, en otras redes no se valora el contenido como aquí, simplemente se va por lo fácil, una selfie, un meme, cosas por el estilo.
Por otro lado, la curación manual de las ballenas como @appreciator/ @bluemist son dignas de admiración, porque no debe ser fácil leer tanto contenido a diario y tener que elegir cuál es merecedor de su apoyo. Realmente ese tipo de curación nos motiva a crear contenido de calidad no solo para que le guste a la ballena, sino a toda la comunidad que nos lee.
