Creo que a todos alguna vez se nos ha pasado la hora del almuerzo por tener un día algo agitado, hoy fue mi turno. Salí de casa con mi amiga Mafe desde las 8:00am y estuvimos haciendo muchísimas vueltas, comprando accesorios y demás para su estética por lo que se nos paso el día volando, llegamos al portal del prado que es un centro comercial ubicado por el barrio abajo en Barranquilla y nos dirigimos a la plazoleta de comida.

Encontramos un puesto llamado ''Subs'' donde mi amiga ya había tenido la oportunidad de comer, por lo cual me dijo que eran muy buenos y de hecho cuando ella estaba en la universidad era lo que la salvaba porque a parte de eso eran bastante económicos.
Como nunca había comido aquí y no sabía mucho que tales eran mi amiga se encargó de pedir, por lo que opto por dos sándwiches de jamón dulce que contienen más que todo lechuga, queso, jamón dulce, tomate, y salsas que le dan un rico sabor, de bebida optamos por un te frío de durazno pero hay gran variedad de gaseosas, jugos naturales, agua, etc.

A los 5 minutos nuestro pedido estaba listo y el señor muy amablemente nos trajo las bandejas a nuestra mesa. Los sándwiches estaban a la plancha que a mi parecer le da un toque más crujiente y rico al pan. Chicos creo que lo que dijo mi amiga de que te salvan el día era en serio jaja estaban muy muy buenos de sabor, calman el hambre y a mí parecer la porción esta perfecta para una persona.
Hay muchas opciones diferentes para escoger, sea de atún, pollo, jamón, hawaiano, butifarra, etc. Es algo así como un estilo subway pero un poco más económico, cada sándwich salió por $5.000 pesos colombianos ($1.12 en dólares) y la bebida por $3.000 ($0.67) dando así un total de $8.000 pesos colombianos ($1.79 dólares) ¿Qué tal?
Within 5 minutes our order was ready and the gentleman very kindly brought the trays to our table. The sandwiches were grilled which in my opinion gives a crunchier and richer touch to the bread. Guys, I think what my friend said about them saving the day was serious haha they were really good tasting, they soothe the hunger and I think the portion is perfect for one person.
There are many different options to choose from, be it tuna, chicken, ham, hawaiian, sausage, etc. It's kind of like a subway style but a little more economical, each sandwich cost $5,000 Colombian pesos ($1.12 in dollars) and the drink cost $3,000 ($0.67) for a total of $8,000 Colombian pesos ($1.79 in dollars) How about it?
Lo importante es que pudimos encontrar algo rico, económico y que calmara el hambre, de verdad que se los recomiendo por si de pronto quieren comer algo express o no tienen mucho dinero es una muy buena opción. Lo mejor es que si no sabes muy bien que pedir o estas indeciso los chicos te brindan la mejor asesoría para que escojas la mejor opción para ti y para que al final disfrutes de la comida que es lo importante.
