¿Qué tal están amigos de HIVE? Les cuento que ayer vino a visitarme mi mejor amiga. Teníamos varias semanas sin vernos por las restricciones del corona virus.

How are friends of HIVE? I tell you that yesterday my best friend came to visit me. We had not seen each other for several weeks due to the coronavirus restrictions.

Decidimos hacer unos deliciosos tequeños para compartir ella, mi mamá y yo, así que entre las tres compramos los ingredientes para hacerlos y un refresco.

We decided to make some delicious tequeños to share with her, my mom and I, so between the three of us we bought the ingredients to make them and a coke.

Mi amiga vino a mi casa como a las 4pm y estuvimos conversando por una hora entera, poniéndonos al día de todas las novedades de su vida y de la mía.

My friend came to my house around 4pm and we talked for a whole hour, catching up on all the news about her life and mine.

Luego comenzamos a hacer los tequeños como a las 6 pm. Empezamos haciendo la masa y luego cortando los rectángulos de queso.

Then we started making the tequeños around 6 pm. We start by making the dough and then cutting the cheese rectangles.

Lo mejor de todo es poder cocinar juntas, así que mientras yo cortaba los rectángulos de queso, mi amiga estiraba la masa y luego cortaba tiras de la misma.

Best of all, being able to cook together, so while I was cutting the cheese rectangles, my friend would roll out the dough and then cut strips from it.

Luego mi mamá se unió a la fábrica de tequeños jajaja. Ella nos ayudó a armar los tequeños.

Then my mom joined the tequeño factory hahaha. She helped us put together the tequeños.

Lo malo fue que en pleno proceso de armado, cortaron la electricidad en mi zona residencial, cosa que es muy común en Venezuela lamentablemente.

The bad thing was that during the assembly process, they cut the electricity in my residential area, which is very common in Venezuela unfortunately.

Sin embargo no quisimos que eso nos echara a perder nuestro compartir y con ayuda de linternas terminamos nuestros tequeños jajajajja. Y así mismo los freímos y nos sentamos a comer.

However, we did not want that to spoil our sharing and with the help of flashlights we finished our tequeños hahaha. And likewise we fry them and sit down to eat.

Así es amigos, los momentos hay que disfrutarlos a pesar de las adversidades.
