En esta ocasión me gustaría compartir con ustedes nuestra receta de rica chicha🥛 Venezolana🇻🇪 (una bebida alimenticia, fácil y rápida de hacer), el invento que hicimos de leche condensada🐄, y un poco del día y lo que hice con él así como las reflexiones personales que me acompañaron.💭
On this occasion I would like to share with you our recipe of rich chicha🥛 Venezolana🇻🇪 (a food drink, easy and quick to make), the invention we made of condensed milk🐄, and a little of the day and what I did with it as well as the personal reflections that accompanied me.💭

Está es mi última semana de evaluaciones de la universidad, este trimestre estudiantil me pego duro, ya que tuve mucha desmotivacion al hacer las tareas📝;
This is my last week of university assessments, this student term I hit hard, as I had a lot of demotivation when doing homework📝;
Sin embargo eso no me impidió cumplir con ellas (a pesar de que procrastine ⏰ bastante pude lograr entregar la mayoría de ellas), de esta situación me quedó de aprendizaje que no es necesario estar motivado para hacer las cosas, ya que se debe de tener disciplina para no estresarse de más a último momento.
Pero en fin, ayer cuando estaba haciendo mis tareas mi prima tocó la puerta de mi habitación;
However, that did not prevent me from complying with them (although procrastine ⏰ enough I was able to deliver most of them), from this situation I was left learning that it is not necessary to be motivated to do things, since you must have discipline so as not to stress from more to the last moment.
But anyway, yesterday when I was doing my homework my cousin knocked on the door of my room;
A lo que yo accedí ya que estudiar por alguna razón produce antojo de dulce🍭.
Así que nos pusimos en ello, esta es mi prima Wila, tiene 13 años, ella vive en otra ciudad mayormente pero está quedándose aquí por sus clases;
To which I agreed since studying for some reason produces sweet craving🍭.
So we got into it, this is my cousin Wila, she is 13 years old, she lives in another city mostly but is staying here for her classes;
Wila es muy talentosa e inteligente💡, a mi me alegra mucho cuando está aquí conmigo ya que me hace sentir en compañía.
Wila is very talented and intelligent💡, I am very happy when she is here with me as she makes me feel in company.
🥰🥛Now we start the step by step of our recipe🥛☺️
The first thing we will need is pasta, milk powder (can be full or skim), cinnamon and sugar, and a teaspoon of butter.
1) Vamos a poner a hervir el agua para la pasta (sin sal), dejamos que la pasta se cocine un poquito más de lo debido.
2)Colamos la pasta y la agregamos en la licuadora con media taza de agua (las medidas dependen de la cantidad que haga) y la licuamos.
🥛⬇️Luego en una hoya aparte ponemos una taza de agua y leche en polvo, le agregamos azúcar y la cucharadita de mantequilla (batimos bien todos los ingredientes y dejamos que hiervan y se evaporen por unos minutos)🥛⬇️
1) Let's boil the water for the pasta (without salt), let the pasta cook a little more than it should.
2)Strain the pasta and add it in the blender with half a cup of water (the measurements depend on the amount you make) and liquefy it.
🥛⬇️ Then in a separate hole we put a cup of water and milk powder, add sugar and the teaspoon of butter (beat all the ingredients well and let them boil and evaporate for a few minutes)🥛⬇️
🐄⬆️ esta es la receta para la leche condensada, todo es a ojo, es más un experimento🐄⬆️.

3)A la pasta le agregamos leche líquida (puede ser la misma leche en polvo con agua);

⬆️Y le agregamos la azúcar al gusto y la leche condensada que realizamos.⬆️
⬆️ Y we add the sugar to taste and the condensed milk we make.⬆️
Licuamos hasta que esté líquida y sin grumos;
Liquefy until liquid and lump-free;
And it's ready! We can accompany it with ice and cinnamon to taste.
La chicha es una bebida bastante alimenticia (alta en calorías) por lo que sirve para subir de peso si tomas la cantidad suficiente para ello;
Chicha is a very nutritious drink (high in calories) so it serves to gain weight if you take enough for it;
Un vasito puede ser rico y refrescante, les invito a que la realicen y me digan que tal les pareció (por cierto la leche condensada la pueden comprar hecha, ese invento es por si no tienen en casa).
A cup can be rich and refreshing, I invite you to make it and tell me how it seemed to you (by the way condensed milk can be bought made, that invention is in case you do not have at home).
Finalmente luego de tomar mi rica bebida me dispuse a volver a mis deberes universitarios🔱📚;
Finally after having my delicious drink I was ready to return to my university duties🔱📚;
En lo que encuentro a mi pequeño gatito Raúl durmiendo muy tranquilo en la impresora🥺😂🐈.
As far as I find my little kitten Raul sleeping very peacefully in the printer🥺😂🐈.
Later ⏳ that day my cousin's friend came to visit us, as they had a school project
Un proyecto algo artístico🖌️🎨 por lo que percibí, hable con ellas un rato, y también me me mostraron sus otras obras artísticas...
A somewhat artistic project🖌️🎨 from what I perceived, I talked to them for a while, and they also showed me their other artistic works...

Realmente me pareció que hicieron un buen trabajo en ello (ni yo se pintar tan bonito jaja).
I really thought they did a good job on it (not even I painted so nice haha).
El día 🌤️ fue bastante productivo en realidad, logre entregar casi todas las tareas que tenía que entregar y también me dio tiempo de compartir con mi prima🤝;
The day 🌤️ was quite productive actually, I managed to deliver almost all the tasks I had to deliver and also gave me time to share with my cousin🤝;
A veces sólo hace falta un poco de organización para poder lograr lo que uno desea, organización y ganas.
Sometimes it only takes a little organization to be able to achieve what you want, organization and desire.
Y este fue mi premio del día🍔🤭;
And this was my prize of the day🍔🤭;
Una de las mejores hamburguesas que me privado en la zona por donde vivo. (Uno mismo tiene que premiarse y aplaudirse cuando logra algo que los demás no pueden ver).
One of the best burgers I have in the area where I live. (You have to reward yourself and applaud yourself when you achieve something that others can't see).
