Feliz inicio de semana. Hoy queremos compartir con ustedes una rutina de ejercicios para pecho que mi hijo realiza en casa.
Happy start of the week. Today we wanted to share with you a workout routine that my son does at home.
Es un circuito de dos ejercicios donde implementa la carga progresiva. Y en muy poco tiempo pueden obtener excelentes resultados. Espero que les guste y que puedan realizarlos en casa por la situación de la pandemia.
It is a two-excercise circuit with progressive increase of weight. In a short term you will see amazing results. We hope you enjoy it and can do it at home now that going to a gym is not an option becasue of the pandemia.
