Happy Mother's Day.
Hello my friends, I've got a very funny contest and I wanted to participate with a recipe that I've never done in my life: Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | BANANAS
The banana, plantain, guineo, banana, ripe, cambur or gualele, has a great nutritional value and very important, in addition to fiber, provides minerals and vitamins needed for better performance of the body. As if that were not enough, it is recommended in the case of some diseases.
Consuming it can help you prevent depression, improve your menstrual period, constipation and gastritis, because of its high iron content it helps you in cases of anemia, if you have a hangover you can eat it or drink it in a shake because it contains a lot of potassium, they also say that it helps to control stress and anxiety.
For example, some years ago I remember that we went to the doctor's office because my mother's legs hurt a lot at night due to cramps, so the doctor sent her to consume a lot of cambur between the prescriptions, not only because she was constipated but also because it would help her relax her muscles, accompanied of course by high consumption of water which is very important for health.
Materials and Recipe
- 1 kilo of cambur
- 2 cups of leavened wheat flour
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- vanilla and cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of liquid milk
Start by beating the 3 eggs until they double in size, add the sugar and beat until it dissolves, then add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon, beat some more and add the oil.
We then grind the cambures and add them to the mixture. Then we pour the wheat flour and a little bit of milk into the mixture.
We take it to the oven at 250°C for about 45 minutes. My friend who gave me the recipe says that it is fluffier for her, but it can also be like that, I don't know if I added many cambures, but for the first one it was very good, everyone at home liked it.
Eating this fruit will bring you many benefits for your health, whatever your age you should eat it because of its high content of nutrients, the best news is that you can get it anywhere, it is very economical and you can prepare it in any way.
For example in the Andean region of my country Venezuela, we eat it green and cooked, we call it guineo, it is very rich and it accompanies our meals, especially at lunch.
I am very happy to have participated in this contest and to have made this recipe to share with the mothers in their day.
I say goodbye, now it's time to enjoy my day and be pampered, bye bye sayonara.
