Una perrocalentada familiar

El día de ayer fue un día distinto en casa en cuanto a comida se trata, decidimos organizarnos desde un día antes comprando todos los materiales necesarios para hacer una perrocalentada familiar.

Yesterday was a different day at home in terms of food, we decided to organize from a day earlier buying all the materials needed to make a family hot dog.

Tal vez a muchos les cause gracias la palabra pero así le decimos nosotros aquí en Venezuela cuando hacemos solo perro calientes para comer, por supuesto iban a acompañados con un rico refresco. En verdad teníamos tiempo que no comíamos cosas así. aquí le decimos comida chatarra, pero es que en la calle está muy costoso todo esto, gracias a Dios esta vez nos lo propusimos y disfrutamos de ver a nuestros hijos e inclusive a nuestros amigos invitados que pudieron venir y comerse su perro especial de la casa.

Maybe many people are grateful for the word but that's what we call it here in Venezuela when we only make hot dogs for lunch, of course they were accompanied by a nice soft drink. Here we call it junk food, but in the street it is very expensive, thank God this time we proposed it to ourselves and we enjoyed seeing our children and even our guest friends who could come and eat their special dog of the house.

La preparación fue muy básica, de verdad que quería hacerlos lo más simples, que supieran a lo que es un perro en verdad, opino que muchos vendedores han distorsionado bastante lo que es la receta práctica del perro y lo han convertido en una cosa extraña.

Por ejemplo me gusta, picar el repollo bien pequeñito y ligarlo con un poquito de zanahoria, de igual forma hice con la cebolla, también hicimos las salsas principales, con mayonesa, salsa de tomate, y la increíble e infaltable mostaza. UUMmmm nada más de acordarme se me hace agua la boca nuevamente. Por supuesto cocinamos unos minutos la salchicha con un poquito de cilantro y a los panes los colocamos al vapor para que estén bien calientes al momento de servir.

For example, I like to chop the cabbage very small and bind it with a little bit of carrot, the same way I did with the onion, we also made the main sauces, with mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and the incredible and unavoidable mustard. UUMmmm, as soon as I remember, my mouth waters again. Of course we cooked the sausage with a little bit of cilantro for a few minutes and then we steamed the breads so they would be very hot at the moment of serving.

Mi esposo es de los que se come hasta 5 si es posible, pero esta vez solo le di 3, de verdad que quedaron muy ricos y gracias a Dios me alcanzaron hasta para invitar a unos cuantos a comer. Quiero agradecer a Dios por esta tarde del domingo tan bonita y agradable que pasamos preparando todo y escuchando una música sabrosa. My husband is one of those who eats up to 5 if possible, but this time I only gave him 3, really they were very good and thanks to God they were enough to invite even a few people to eat.
