What's up, Hivers. Today Sunday is a day to enjoy the sea and the beach, in my city Cumaná - Venezuela, we have the happiness of having one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and it always encourages you to have a good time with good music and it is always good a reggae like the one I bring you today from "Los pericos". This band for being one of my favorites I have brought you several of their songs, today I show another of my favorites, but first I would like to tell you more curiosities about this legendary band. Let's talk a bit about the post-Bahiano stage in “Los Pericos”, remembering that he left the band in 2004,

By personal decision, this is where "Juanchi" takes over, where at first getting used to the new timbre of his voice was perhaps something that took a while for many of the followers of this band to assimilate, since Juanchi has a more stylized voice and there are To say it is not that characteristic Bahian voice with which we listen to the best hits of this band, even so with the passing of the years and many presentations the new tone of voice was accepted and this new stage posed new challenges for them, currently becoming the voice that we all already know.

Hoy domingo es un día como para disfrutar del mar y la playa, en mi ciudad Cumaná – Venezuela, tenemos la dicha de contar con una de las playas más hermosas del país y siempre incita a pasar un rato agradable con buena música y siempre es bueno un reggae como el que les traigo hoy de “Los pericos”. Esta banda por ser una de mis favoritas les he traído varios de sus temas, hoy muestro otro de mis favoritos, pero antes me gustaría contarles más curiosidades de esta banda legendaria. Hablemos un poco de la etapa post-Bahiano en “Los Pericos”, recordando que sale de la banda en 2004, por decisión personal, es ahí donde toma la rienda “Juanchi” donde al principio acostumbrarse al nuevo timbre de voz tal vez fue algo que tardaron un poco en asimilar muchos de los seguidores de esta banda, ya que Juanchi tiene una voz más estilizada y hay que decirlo no es esa voz característica de bahiano con que escuchamos los mejores éxitos de esta banda, aun así con el pasar de los años y muchas presentaciones se fue aceptando el nuevo timbre de voz y esta nueva etapa planteo nuevos retos para ellos convirtiéndose actualmente en la voz que ya todos conocemos.

“Waitin '” is one of the best-known songs from the fourth album by this band “Big Yuyo”, a song that has been chanted and very well received that since 1996 has been around the world and mainly in Latin America, which despite having More than 20 years after it was launched, it is still one of the most requested so far.

“Waitin'” es uno de los temas más conocidos del cuarto álbum de esta banda “Big Yuyo”, un tema coreado y muy bien recibido que desde el año 1996 ha dado vueltas alrededor del mundo y principalmente en Latinoamérica, que a pesar de tener ya más de 20 años de haber sido lanzado sigue siendo uno de los más pedidos hasta ahora.
