Me emocionó mucho la idea de participar en este reto porque las frases son mi postre favorito ya que son parte del alimento para nuestro cerebro y se transforman en las acciones de nuestro día a día, en esta ocasión les hablare de una muy nombrada: EL QUE NO ARRIESGA NO GANA,NI PIERDE esta es muy notable en el lenguaje popular de mi país (Venezuela) por lo general la usamos para dar ánimo, cuando queremos retar alguien e incluso para justificar algunas de nuestras acciones, está relacionada con perder el miedo y arriesgarse a la aventura para obtener los objetivos propuestos, en pocas palabras es correr riesgos.
I was very excited to participate in this challenge because the phrases are my favorite dessert as they are part of the food for our brain and are transformed into the actions of our day to day, this time I will talk about a very named:Whoever does not risk does not win, nor does he lose. this one is very notable in the popular language of my country (Venezuela) generally we use it to encourage, when we want to challenge someone and even to justify some of our actions, it is related to lose the fear and to risk the adventure to obtain the proposed objectives, in a few words it is to run risks.
De seguro muchos de ustedes la abran escuchado infinidad de veces, pero sabemos realmente su significado?, aunque para algunos esto es innecesario y para otros es vital, lo cual es totalmente valido, porque como personas tenemos la libertad de escoger lo adecuado para nuestra vida. Esta frase obviamos en ocasiones ejecutarla porque a veces no queremos arriesgarnos por múltiples razones: primero por miedo a empeorar una situación, por no querer cambiar las cosas y estar tranquilos, o la razón mas común, el miedo.
Surely many of you have heard it countless times, but we really know its meaning..., although for some this is unnecessary and for others it is vital, which is totally valid, because as people we have the freedom to choose what is right for our life. This phrase is sometimes avoided because sometimes we do not want to take risks for multiple reasons: first for fear of making a situation worse, for not wanting to change things and be calm, or the most common reason, fear.
En mi caso personal arriesgar no es una cualidad notable en mi, siempre he sido temerosa y muy precavida en cada acción que llevaré a cabo en mi rutina diaria, por lo que tomar riesgos no es la característica mas visible en mi, sin embargo reconozco que muchas veces me he adentrado a la aventura y creo que lo he podido hacer porque el riesgo es parte del instinto humano, y a eso se la agrega que dentro de mis patrones de creación siempre he dicho que si haces lo mismo que el resto de las personas, es imposible que consigas resultados diferentes.
In my personal case, taking risks is not a remarkable quality in me, I have always been fearful and very cautious in every action I take in my daily routine, so taking risks is not the most visible characteristic in me, however I recognize that many times I have gone into the adventure and I think I have been able to do it because risk is part of the human instinct, and that is added that within my patterns of creation I have always said that if you do the same as the rest of the people, it is impossible to get different results.
Considero que esta incapacidad personal de tomar riesgos se debe al viejo paradigma que menciona uno de los psicólogos más importantes del mundo, Kahneman, en su libro Pensar rápido, pensar despacio, donde expone que el ser humano tiende a la seguridad y evita el riesgo, es decir nos duele mas perder que vivir el placer de ganar,entonces muchas veces me pregunto: ¿tengo que arriesgar más? pero mientras me doy respuesta a esta interrogante les diré algo de forma reflexiva:
I consider that this personal inability to take risks is due to the old paradigm mentioned by one of the most important psychologists in the world, Kahneman, in his book Think Fast, Think Slow, where he exposes that the human being tends to security and avoids risk, that is to say, it hurts us more to lose than to live the pleasure of winning, so many times I ask myself: do I have to risk more? but while I answer this question I will tell you something in a reflective way:

La vida nos brinda oportunidades buenas pero arriesgadas. Si continuamos con seguir el camino seguro y cómodo siempre, nos arriesgamos a perder esas oportunidades. entonces la invitación es salir de la zona de confort, vivir y disfrutar los cambios sobrepasando fronteras y créanme que lo tendré que aprender al igual que ustedes. considero que personalmente debo comenzar a aplicar esta frase, porque una de las cosas mas tristes es arrepentirse de no haber hecho nada y lamentarse con el tiempo, las oportunidades en esta vida son pocas y las lleguen a nosotros hay que sacarle el mayor provecho posible, claro esta que vamos adentrarnos a todo cuanto se nos presente sino pensar y saber escoger que es lo que verdaderamente se desea.
Life provides us with good but risky opportunities. If we continue to follow the safe and comfortable path always, we risk losing those opportunities. Then the invitation is to get out of the comfort zone, live and enjoy the changes by going beyond borders and believe me I will have to learn it just like you. I consider that personally I must begin to apply this phrase, because one of the saddest things is to regret not having done anything and to regret with time, the opportunities in this life are few and they arrive to us it is necessary to take out the greater possible advantage, clear this one that we are going to enter to all that is presented to us but to think and to know to choose that it is what really is wanted.
Por todo esto entonces los invito a ejecutar una frase que me parece hace juego con el arriesgarse:

Me encantó, esa frase es espectacular. No podemos esperar cambios diferentes si hacemos las mismas cosas. Es como decir me quiero ganar la lotería y nisiquiera la juegan.
Me gusta esta frase también, es como una evolución de la frase de la semana, pero versión mejorada. No podemos quedarnos estancados o quedarnos atrás, el progreso debe ser de una sola vía.
