Le doy gracias a Dios porque tengo un techo donde resguardarme, nunca me falta el pan diario, tengo una excelente compañía y apoyo, tenemos salud, realmente tengo mucho por lo cual estar agradecida y si puedo decir que estoy feliz con la vida que estoy teniendo ahora mismo.

Esas personas que hacen algo que no le gusta muchas veces es por la misma sociedad, la familia o por una baja autoestima, por algún beneficio. Fui de esas personas, viví en una relación rota por muchos años solo por querer brindarles a mi hijo una imagen de la familia perfecta, cuando realmente yo no era feliz, tome la decisión de empezar a recibir terapias con una psicólogo lo cual me ayudo bastante y a veces es mejor romper con circulo vicioso y darte una nueva oportunidad de vida.
Those people who do something that they do not like many times is for the same society, the family or because of low self-esteem, for some benefit. I was one of those people, I lived in a broken relationship for many years just to want to give my son an image of the perfect family, when I was really not happy, I made the decision to start receiving therapies with a psychologist, which helped me a lot and sometimes it is better to break the vicious circle and give yourself a new lease of life.
4| ¿Qué haces para mejorar tu versión actual? / | What do you do to improve your current version?
Soy una persona muy impulsiva y he tratado de calmar esta parte animal de mi interior, trato de hacer respiraciones y ponerme en comunicación interna para controlar esta parte explosiva de mi persona. Estoy leyendo mucho todo lo que tenga que ver con el crecimiento personal. Realmente en esta plataforma leyendo puedes enriquecer en este ámbito. Además de que tengo una pareja que me ayuda mucho ya que sabe como orientarme y estimularme a seguir evolucionando en este aspecto.
I am a very impulsive person and I have tried to calm this animal part of me, I try to breathe and put myself in internal communication to control this explosive part of me. Mi mayor temor sería perder a mi madre, se que todos estamos cumpliendo un ciclo de vida, pero me gustaría disfrutarla por mucho más tiempo.

Si, sobre todo por mis seres amados, se que algún día tendra que llegar, pero como lo exprese en mi temor, espero que Dios me permita mucho tiempo con ellos.
