Hola Hivers!!! // Hi Hivers!!!
En esta oportunidad les presentaré una muestra de mi tipo de trabajo, esta vez haciendo un Logo para @Appreciator.
Tomando el Logo de Hive como base, (ya que podemos apreciar la forma de la cola de Ballena pero de lado), sólo lo giré y separé sus partes para armar la cola de la ballena y el rombo lo usé para completar la punta, sólo tuve que achicarlo un poco.
Para hacer esta modificación trabajé en el programa vectorial Corel Draw X9, el cual considero un programa bastante práctico al momento de trabajar con vectores. 😎
This time I will present a sample of my type of work, this time making a Logo for Appreciator.
Taking the Hive Logo as a base, (since we can appreciate the shape of the Whale's tail but on its side), I just turned it and separated its parts to assemble the whale's tail and the rhombus I used to complete the tip, just I had to shrink it a little.
To make this modification I worked in the vector program Corel Draw X9, which I consider a quite practical program when working with vectors. 😎
Podemos notar que las puntas están bastante rectas y faltaría el cuerpecillo de la cola que se está adentrando al mar. así que con la fusión de dos polígonos de 5 lados y manejando los vectores un poco, conseguí darle forma al lo que llamaría el cuello de la cola y luego modificando un poco el rombo en las puntas le di algo de forma para lograr este resultado.
We can notice that the tips are quite straight and the little body of the tail that is entering the sea would be missing. so by merging two 5-sided polygons and handling the vectors a little bit, I managed to shape what I would call the tail collar and then slightly modifying the rhombus at the tips I gave it some shape to achieve this result.
Añadí un círculo pues normalmente las imágenes de perfiles de las redes tienden a presentarse redondos, y para darle un aspecto de mar realicé una oleada en espiral color gris muyyy clarito en el fondo degradado con transparencia.
I added a circle because normally the profile images of the networks tend to be round, and to give it a sea look I made a very gray and light gray spiral wave on the gradient background with transparency.

En la parte inferior de la cola podía recrear una A de Appreciator, y ¿Porqué no? vamos a probar a ver que pasa.
Escogí una A gruesa para facilitar un poco el trabajo. 😅

I chose a thick A to make the job a little easier. 😅
Y manejandola vectorialmente le dí algo de forma.
El resultado me gustaba mucho pero no me terminaba de convencer las puntas de la cola, lo que suavicé un poco más la curva y la sombra en el aro me parecía un poco dura a la vista.
También comencé a manejar los colores azules ya que La Ballena automáticamente nos lleva a esa sensación de mar y profundidad. y el rojo ya no iba con el concepto de lo que quería lograr.
Así que le dí color!!!
I liked the result a lot but I couldn't quite convince the tail tips, which softened the curve a little more and the shadow on the rim seemed a bit hard to look at.
I also started handling the blue colors since La Ballena automatically brings us to that feeling of sea and depth. and red no longer went with the concept of what I wanted to achieve.
So I gave it color !!!
Con una degradación azul más claro en la parte superior y más oscuro en la parte inferior, representaría la unión del Cielo y el Mar.
Y Listo!!!! Obtuve este resultado con el que me sentí bastante feliz. 😍
Así que agregué el nombre @APPRECIATOR, en esta oportunidad la fuente Futura Md BT, una fuente bastante limpia, formal y moderna.
With a lighter blue degradation at the top and darker at the bottom, it would represent the union of Heaven and Sea.
And ready!!!! I got this result with which I was quite happy. 😍
So I added the name APPRECIATOR, this time the font Futura Md BT, a fairly clean, formal and modern font.
Siempre que hago una propuesta de logos, me gusta ver su versión en blanco con un fondo oscuro!!! De esta manera me siento convencida que es totalmente funcional.
