En el área industrial se requiere de ciertas practicas para que los equipos que hacen el proceso de manera masificada puedan estar en buenas condiciones y su desarrollo no sea obstaculizado por alguna averiá, dado el caso que si se presenta alguna problema es porque no se realizo de manera correcta su abordaje y hay que corregirlo cuanto antes puesto que las perdidas serian enormes.

Esto quiere decir, que todo equipo debería tener una conservación en el tiempo si es aplicado este mantenimiento, ademas de su inspecciones y limpieza que favorecen para alargar su vida útil que por lo general son denominadas en HORAS/TRABAJO según el fabricante.

Por lo que yo estoy en el área de preventivo de el lugar donde trabajo y me toco realizar una intervención a un transportador. Le explicare un poco que es un transportador, este es un equipo es como una mesa que por su nombre transporta objetos de el punto de inicio al punto final del mismo; permitiendo disminuir o adelantar la velocidad de trabajo.

Sprokets, guias y eje / Sprockets, guides and axis
Como partes básicas de un transportador tenemos:
- Banda o cinta (lo que aplique)
- Ejes motrices
- Ejes soportes
- Sprokets (son como piñones)
- Guias
As basic parts of a conveyor we have:
- Band or tape (whichever applies)
- Drive axles
- Support axles
- Sprokets (they are like pine nuts)
- Guides

Así mismo como la teoría de el mantenimiento preventivo me indica, realice una previa inspección para hacer un diagnostico de las posibles fallas y problemas que tenia. De las cuales tenia la banda sufrió un daño enorme aparte que esta misma esta remendada por otros pedazos, el eje de plástico estaba totalmente dañado y no tenia ninguna movilidad lo que me repercutía y me hace que el motor se esfuerce mas, los sprokets se veían bien pero había que analizarlos a mas profundidad porque se movían de su punto lo cual esta eso mal, ellos tienen que quedar fijos en el eje.

Lo primero que hice fue sacar por completo la banda, remover los sprokets, luego ensamble la banda en el suelo y removí las partes malas puesto que no había banda para colocarla nueva ( en este caso se marca como observación que no se pudo realizar un reemplazo de la banda puesto que no había como), luego coloque y afirme los sprokets, limpie todo el sucio pegado de los ejes y guiás, reemplace los rodillos y finalmente coloque la banda.
The first thing I did was to completely remove the band, remove the sprokets, then assemble the band on the ground and remove the bad parts since there was no band to put it new (in this case it is marked as an observation that a replacement could not be made of the band since there was no how), then place and tighten the sprokets, clean all the dirty glued from the shafts and guides, replace the rollers and finally place the band.

Un trabajo de estos para una sola persona se puede demorar 4 horas a 5 horas aproximadamente, eso va a depender de los repuestos que tenga a la mano y de que tanto este deteriorado todo.

Finalmente asi quedo la banda.
