Today was a restful day for me. This was my first weekend away from @flowerbaby in 3 months. She went to the beach with her family and I’m at home by myself now.
Today I went to a yin yoga class, it was the last class the instructor was going to be able to teach for awhile. Her father is terminally ill, she had to quit to take care of him. It was a reminder to be thankful for my own health and that of those whom I love.
Afterwards I went to eat outside at a local restaurant. I ate chicken and waffles with a tall draft IPA. It was very tasty, the perfect blend of sweet and spicy with a yummy beer.
Afterwards I played some PS4 and took a nap. As you may have noticed, I was wearing one of my favorite basketball jerseys of all time with some of my favorite shoes. Any Michael Jordan fans?
Michael Jordan played at UNC in the early 80s. 10+ years before I was even born in 1992.
This jersey is one of the most sought after college jerseys in existence. I’m thankful to have one in my collection.

The first pair of Jordan’s released in 1985. This pair that I own was rereleased as a retro in 2003. The Carolina Blue pairs perfectly with my jersey.
I have always loved the pattern on the side of this jersey’s design.
Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers and Waffles. The jalapeños made this dish even better.
I went with the trusty Big Timber IPA.
Overall it was a super chill day. I look forward to going to multiple yoga classes tomorrow.
