The power of one voice connotes unity. It is an act of binding two or more people in one accord to act and walk-in unity of mind. There is a saying which states that unity will stand and divided will fall. It takes unity to build a strong wall. The dictionary meaning of unity is the state of being in agreement and working together. Unity of purpose leads to amazing and inestimable achievement. There is an idiom that says when one stands alone he is likely not to stand straight.
In the bible there was an instance from the story of the tower of babel, it was said that the earth was speaking one language. In their journey in the land of Babylon, they decided to build a city to reach heaven so they could make a name in their time. God saw their determination to achieve their plans and the unity between them. He (God) knew that there was nothing they could not achieve with that oneness. So, he brought misunderstanding among them restraining them from achieving their dream.
The power of one voice makes unbelievable success to take place. The bible says that one shall chase a thousand, two will chase ten thousand. The margin is so obvious.
In the aspect of marriage, many homes have crashed, as a result of different plans and purpose. A husband plans differently as well as the wife. Most often they both fail because their individual strength is not strong enough, but if they are in one voice, purpose and pursuit, both of them will strive for success and be successful. Working together brings encouragement, and you will hardly get weak and discouraged. Immediately a husband and wife fail to work together they create room for the devil’s penetration to cause disunity which could lead to trouble and separation.
One voice helps to build a stronger community. For instance, the Steem blockchain which is community-based, when Ned Scot was the leader and project owner. Things worked and functioned better, though not perfect as there were many flaws, but when the project was sold to Justin, he crumbed the blockchain with his centralized idea which disintegrated the unity that existed from the onset.
Tiny story on cooperation
There was a story of two friends that studied in the same institution. One of them studied quantity surveying and the other read civil engineering. When they graduated, they both formed a registered building and construction company. They joined a team and the main purpose was to go for contracts under their profession, and they will both make a vital tool needed for a good building and construction team. Whenever they go to seek for a contract the quantity surveyor would give the estimate of the cost and the civil engineer would give the detailed explanation on how the project would be accomplished and within a couple of months, they became a well-known building firm.
One of the reasons behind their success is that they agree to be united, speaking in one voice to achieve the same goal, not standing alone. As such, whenever they went for contracts, any questions/idea needed to execute contract under their area of specialization, they could both bring up the needed idea that would help to carry out the contract and get it perfectly executed. This is the power of one voice and this would have been more difficult to achieve if they both went different ways. Often it has been proven that task that is united based are easily accomplished, then conflict-based ones. There is a say that a house divided among itself would fall. Many strong organizations that are succeeding today came together with a single purpose, create strong ideas that will aid its execution and work in unity to get it achieved.
Conclusion
I am pretty happy with the unity and one voice that brought Hive alive. What would have happened if we all had to follow Justin style and live in his censor and centralized blockchain? I would ignore everything. Hive is here with one aim, one purpose, on love. This is a home for one people.

And one of the purpose of every individual on hive is decentralisation. I couldn't agree less that the current bullish state of hive was achieved due to the oneness of the community members.
Speaking in one voice helps to foster growth and stability. We can't all agree, but when the majority says hay, it's a good result. Hive community is certainly an example of the majority that said hay some months ago before the split, and here is the result already. Bullish!!!!!!
