¡Hola amigos! hoy con una nueva iniciativa traída de la mano de @pitau donde nos pide que digamos los tres de sabores de helados favoritos. El helado es uno de los postres favorito tanto e los niños y adultos además a muchos nos gustan los helados por su sabor cremoso, su ligereza y su suave dulzor llenan de sabor nuestro paladar e incluso nos motivan a tomar nuevas decisiones. Comparado con el postre en sí, el helado se parece más a la medicina sagrada de nuestra alma, por lo que no es de extrañar que se haya convertido en uno de los postres más populares del mundo.
Hello friends! Today with a new initiative brought by the hand of @pitau where he asks us to tell the three favorite ice cream flavors. Ice cream is one of the favorite desserts for both children and adults and many of us like ice cream for its creamy taste, its lightness and soft sweetness fill our palate with flavor and even motivate us to make new choices. Compared to the dessert itself, ice cream is more like the sacred medicine of our soul, so it is no wonder that it has become one of the most popular desserts in the world.
Los helados tienen muchos beneficios ya que son fuentes de proteínas, calcio, vitaminas y fosforo, entre otras. Los helados aportan hidratación a nuestro cuerpo, además son alimentos completos. Cuando comemos nuestro helado favorito mejora nuestro estado de ánimo y reducirá los síntomas de la depresión. Cuando me siento estresada voy y compro mi helado de chocolate ya que me activa.

When we eat our favorite ice cream it improves our mood and will reduce the symptoms of depression. When I feel stressed I go and buy my chocolate ice cream because it activates me.

Este sabor de helado es muy delicioso ya que su combinación de ingredientes lo hace único, como la nata, vainilla y el café, a mi me encanta saborear y disfruto e su sabor.
