Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les mostraré una deliciosa receta, salteado de papas con pechuga de pollo, preparación ideal puesto que se hace muy rápido y sirve para usar como acompañamiento de muchos contornos, espero que esta receta les guste, sin más nada que añadir comencemos.

Los ingredientes principales para esta preparación son:
- 200gr de pechuga de pollo.
- 200gr de papas.
- Salsa de soja.
- Sal y especias mixtas.

Comenzamos esta preparación colocando un sarten a fuego medio, añadimos un pequeño chorro de aceite y agregamos las papas peladas y cortadas en pequeños cubos, debemos mezclar constantemente hasta lograr impregnar las papas con el aceite, ahora solo es cuestión de ir mezclando de vez en cuando mientras la papa comienza a dorarse.

Después de dorar las papas es el momento de agregar la pechuga de pollo picada en cubos, en este punto no debemos dejar de mezclar o la preparación se pegará en el fondo del sarten, es cuestión de ir mezclando hasta notar que la pechuga comienza a dorar.

Llegados a este punto podemos condimentar al gusto, en mi caso solo añadiré sal y una cucharada de salsa de soja para dar un mejor color a la par de mejorar el sabor, pero como siempre menciono en mis posts cualquier especia o sabroceador de especias mixtas es bienvenido para este tipo de preparaciones.
