Felíz martes a todos 🌼 tengo la dicha de compartir con ustedes un pastel delicioso. Les decimos tortas frias ya que requieren estar en la nevera por como están elaboradas. Lo que presentó hoy es una torta rellena en dos capas por una crema de limón.

Para la preparación de este pastel debes elaborar el bizcocho un día antes para evitar que al cortar el bizcocho el se rompa en migas. Yo lo he rellenado en dos capas por lo que dividí el bizcocho en dos capas y lo he hecho con un hilo de nailon (estilo vieja escuela)

Horas antes prepare la crema pastelera para que al momento de usarla ya no estuviera caliente, he elaborado la crema pastelera con Maicena, leche y jugo de limón y lo he cocinado a fuego lento quedando así una deliciosa crema, espere que se enfriara y la refrigere en la nevera.

Luego, comenzamos a rellenar el pastel primero la capa de abajo y luego si capa superior. 👩🏻‍🍳
