Hoy compartiré con ustedes unas galletas de girasol que realice para mis sobrinos con chispas de chocolate, es una receta muy sencilla de elaborar solo necesitan los ingredientes adecuados.

✓Esencia de vainilla o mantecado.

Comencémos - Let's start.
Paso 1: Colocar en nuestro asistente la margarina junto con el azúcar batir hasta no sentir ningún grumo luego, agregamos el huevo junto con la esencia de nuestra preferencia y seguir mezclando.
Step 1: Place the margarine together with the sugar in our assistant, beat until no lumps are felt, then add the egg along with the essence of our preference and continue mixing.

Paso 2: Ahora agregamos la harina junto con los polvos de hornear previamente cernido para eliminar así cualquier impureza.

Paso 3: Ya con nuestra masa lista procedemos a colocarla en un espacio limpio y plano en mi caso utilice la mesa para realizar el proceso de darle forma a las galletas.

Paso 4: Procedemos a estirar la masa con un rodillo y a darle forma con nuestro cortador en este caso con forma de girasol como se muestra en la imagen:😍

Paso 5: Ahora agregamos a las galletitas las chispas de chocolate y las colocamos en una bandeja previamente enharina para evitar que se peguen.
