Feliz día, feliz jueves 🎈 hoy comparto con ustedes unas galletas que realice hace poco tiempo para una el hijo de una amiga. El niño celebraba su primera comunión por lo que el diseño de las galletas fueron especiales para ese día.

Para la elaboración utilice 3/4 tazas de azúcar 100 gr de margarina, 1 huevo, 2 tazas de harina de trigo, polvos de hornear y para el diseño unos cortadores en diferentes figuras.
Para iniciar comencé uniendo todos los ingredientes obteniendo así una más consistente y con la ayuda de un rodillo procedí a extender la masa y darle figura con los cortadores.
For the preparation use 3/4 cups of sugar, 100 g of margarine, 1 egg, 2 cups of wheat flour, baking powder and for the design some cutters in different shapes.
To start I began by joining all the ingredients thus obtaining a more consistent one and with the help of a rolling pin I proceeded to spread the dough and give it shape with the cutters.

Las galletas debía decorarlas con masa flexible comestible en este caso color blanco con detalles en pintura comestible como se muestra en las siguientes imágenes.

Para adherirse la masa a nuestras galletas utilice CMC o también pueden hacer uso de arequipe en pocas cantidades.

Realice el mismo proceso con el resto de las galletas, las figuras eran cáliz, cruz y velas las cuales trate de decorar lo mejor posible.

Con las velas trate de simular efecto de fuego, utilizando color naranja y rojo.
