Para dar inicio lavamos las papas y las colocamos en una olla con agua a fuego moderado para que queden precocidas.

Mientras las papas se cocinan procedemos a picar el cebollín y cilantro para luego sofreirlo con la manteca de cochino y el ajo obteniendo así una salsa para nuestras papas.

Lo siguiente será picar las papas en pequeñas rodajas y retirar la concha obtenido esto colocarlas en forma de cascada en una bandeja para hornear.

Llevar al horno por 45 minutos y luego servir como acompañamiento a nuestras comidas.
