Es un pastel pequeño de zanahoria 🤩 este ingrediente en particular le genera un exquisito sabor, para la elaboración contamos con los siguientes ingredientes:
✓125 gr Margarina.
✓250 gr Azúcar.
✓2 Huevos.
✓200 gr Zanahoria.
✓250 gr Harina de trigo.
✓Polvos de hornear.
✓1 taza Leche.
It is a small carrot cake 🤩 this particular ingredient generates an exquisite flavor, for the preparation we have the following ingredients.

✓Baking powders.
✓1 cup Milk.

Comenzamos preparando la zanahoria, retiramos su concha y luego con un pequeño rallador comenzamos a procesarla como se muestra en la imagen:

En el asistente mezclamos los ingredientes comenzando por la margarina y la azúcar cuando la azúcar este disuelta agregamos los dos huevos junto con esencia del sabor de preferencia, mezclado esto agregamos la ralladura de zanahoria.
In the assistant we mix the ingredients starting with the margarine and the sugar when the sugar is dissolved we add the two eggs together with the essence of the preferred flavor, mixed this we add the carrot grated.

Por último agregamos la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear previamente cernidos junto con la leche quedando de la siguiente manera:

En un molde previamente enharinado agregaremos la mezcla para luego así llevarla al horno y cocinar.
