Consiste en unas tortillas que se elaboran con harina de trigo y pueden ser rellenadas como lo deseen en esta ocasión fue solo con margarina y queso pero los ingredientes son a preferencia del consumidor.

Se comienza mezclando todos los ingredientes y agregando el agua poco a poco a medida que se está amasando, cuando esté todo unido dejar reposar por aproximadamente unos 15 minutos.
