Hello hello friends ☺️ today I share an exquisite breakfast that I have prepared which is one of my favorites, it consists of fried banana with cheese, I hope you like it.
Hola hola amigos ☺️ hoy comparto un desayuno exquisito que he preparado el cual es uno de mis favoritos, consiste en plátano frito con queso espero les guste.
For its preparation I have used 3 ripe bananas, grated cheese and oil for frying.
Para su elaboración he utilizado 3 platanos maduros, queso rallado y aceite para freír.
I have started by removing the shell from the bananas 🍌 and cutting it into slices as shown in the photographs:
He iniciado retirando la concha de los plátanos 🍌 y cortandolo en tajadas como se muestra en las fotografías:
When I had the slices, I proceeded to fry them in hot oil until they are golden on both sides 🍌🔥 when they are golden, I remove the oil and let them cool:
Al tener las tajadas he procedido a freír en aceite caliente hasta que estén doradas de ambos lados 🍌🔥 al estar doradas retiro del aceite y dejo refrescar:
I finally proceed to serve and add cheese on top 🍌🧀 super exquisite and 100% recommended
Ya finalmente procedo a servir y agrego queso en la parte superior 🍌🧀 súper exquisito y recomendado un 100%

I've never thought about mixing a banana with cheese but I'm sure it tastes really good. Might try this out soon, thanks! 😃
