Good night friends 🏙️ I hope you are all very well 🤗 I share today a recipe that I have prepared for my dad's birthday 👨🏻 consists of a tuna antipasto which I prepare and accompany it with salty crackers.
Buenas noches amigos 🏙️ espero todos se encuentren muy bien 🤗 comparto el día de hoy una receta que he elaborado para el cumpleaños de mi papá 👨🏻 consiste en un antipasto de atún el cual le prepare y lo acompañamos con galletas saladas.
For the preparation of this antipasto I have used the following ingredients:
✓Tuna.
✓Aji.
✓Pprika.
✓Onion.
✓Carrot.
✓Cilantro.
✓Chives.
✓Condiments.
Para la elaboración de este antipasto he usado los siguientes ingredientes:
✓Atun.
✓Aji.
✓Pimenton.
✓Cebolla.
✓Zanahoria.
✓Cilantro.
✓Cebollin.
✓Condimentos.
To start the process, I started by washing the vegetables and chopping into thin strips and the carrot I have grated as shown in the images:
Para inciiar con el proceso comencé lavando las verduras y picando en tiras delgadas y la zanahoria la he rallado como se muestra en las imágenes:
Obtaining in this way the vegetables that will be used in my antipasto, in particular I really like to cut it this way and it is not a shredder.
Obteniendo de esta manera la verdura que será utilizada en mi antipasto, en lo particular me gusta mucho cortarla de esta manera y no es un triturador.
The next step that I proceeded to carry out was to cook the vegetables and finally add the tuna. Add garlic and pepper to start and as my veggies cook add the rest of the seasonings: salt, black sauces, dressing:
El siguiente paso que procedi a realizar fue cocinar las verduras y por último agregar el atún. Agregue ajo y pimienta al inicio y a medida que se cocinaron mis verduras agregue el resto de los condimentos: sal, salsas negras, aliño:
