Mi esposo y yo somos cosplayers, nos encanta la franquicia de los Power Rangers y ya hemos hecho varios cosplay de esta temática.

Puedes pensar que debe ser muy difícil hacer cosplay en Venezuela y lo es, bastante difícil de hecho, pero eso no significa que sea imposible, con mucha creatividad hemos adaptado materiales que tenemos a la mano y que puedes encontrar en cualquier parte del mundo, hacemos mucho reciclaje, ¡hemos usado hasta cosas que hemos encontrado en la basura!
You may think it must be really difficult to cosplay in Venezuela and it is, quite difficult in fact, but that does not mean it is impossible, with a lot of creativity we have adapted materials that we have at hand and that you can find anywhere in the world, we do a lot of recycling, we have even used things that we have found in the garbage!
Lo interesante de todo esto, es que gracias a nuestra creatividad logramos tener un ingreso estable, aquí en Venezuela, en un país quebrado, estamos muy orgullosos de decir que no importa lo que hagas sino el compromiso y la visión de negocio que tengas.
Al principio solo lo hacíamos como un hobby, pero poco a poco nos dimos cuenta que podíamos prestar el servicio de hacer lo que se llama utilería, que son accesorios para cosplay o caracterización de personajes ya sean superhéroes, personajes de Disney, etc. para algunas agencias de celebraciones que hacen personajes para entretener y animar fiestas infantiles, también hemos hecho utilería para obras de teatro y músicos.
The interesting part of it all, is that thanks to our creativity we managed to have a steady income, here in Venezuela, in a broke country, we are very proud to say that it doesn't matter what you do but the commitment and the business vision you have.
At the beginning we only did it as a hobby, but little by little we realized that we could provide the service of making what is called props, which are accessories for cosplay or characterization of characters whether superheroes, Disney characters, etc.. for some agencies of celebrations that make epersonajes to entertain and animate children's parties, we have also made props for plays and musicians.
¡Durante la pandemia como todo el mundo, no teníamos dinero y no podíamos tener trabajo, fueron días muy duros para todos, pero descubrimos que era obligatorio el uso de máscaras, así que empezamos a hacer máscaras de cualquier personaje, las más solicitadas eran las de mortal kombat y tokyo ghoul, así que conseguimos hacer de una tragedia una oportunidad!
Todo es cuestión de tener la actitud adecuada, gracias a este maravilloso hobby hemos conocido a gente estupenda y tenemos muchos amigos a los que queremos mucho, seguiremos haciendo lo que nos gusta e iré publicando un diario de todo lo que hagamos cada día.
During the pandemic like everyone else, we had no money and could not have a job, they were very hard days for everyone, but we discovered that it was mandatory to use masks, so we started to make masks of any character, the most requested were mortal kombat and tokyo ghoul, so we managed to make a tragedy an opportunity!
It's all about having the right attitude, thanks to this wonderful hobby we have met some great people and we have many friends that we love very much, we will continue doing what we love and I will be publishing a diary of everything we do every day.
