Hive se ha convertido en el refugio de centenares de Venezolanos, tanto dentro como fuera de nuestras fronteras. Mi Arte de hoy está dirigido a todos mis compañeros Venezolanos, en especial a los que se encuentran fuera de ésta hermosa tierra, aquellos que fueron en busca de un mejor futuro, desde hive les dedico éste mapa hecho en madera de cedro con un corazón en el centro que contiene el tricolor Nacional.
Hive has become the refuge of hundreds of Venezuelans, both inside and outside our borders. My Art of today is directed to all my Venezuelan colleagues, especially those who are outside of this beautiful land, those who were in search of a better future, from hive I dedicate this map made of cedar wood with a heart in the center that contains the National tricolor.
Quizás un recorte de madera no signifique mucho, pero cuando lo convertimos en un símbolo Nacional los sentimientos se cruzan, empiezas a añorar lo que un día fue con la incertidumbre de que no sabes si un día el sol vuelve a brillar y todo vuelve a la normalidad.
Es triste y a la vez de reconocido coraje cuando mis amigos de la universidad, graduados, en el exterior han tenido que guardar sus títulos hasta nuevo aviso para luego montarse en una bicicleta y repartir delivery de sol a sol... "que cosas tiene la vida," diría el poeta.
Pero la buena noticia es que podemos compartir con ellos acerca de blockchain, Crypto y de nuestra prestigiosa plataforma Hive. Seguramente muchos de ellos lo agradecerán.
Solo deseo que estén sanos, prósperos y felices.
No me gustaría despedirme sin antes mostrar cómo de costumbre, el paso a paso de ésta sencilla pero significativa artesanía:

I would not like to say goodbye without first showing as usual, the step by step of this simple but significant craft:
Proceso de elaboración
El primer paso fue dibujar el boceto del mapa en la madera
El segundo paso fue recortar con el cutter lo más posible de los alrededores del mapa
El tercer paso fue lijar con el Dremel y con la lija a mano
El cuarto paso consistió en calar el corazón en el centro
Quinto paso fue colocar en recorte de cinta tricolor y fijarla con pegamento en el corazón calado.
Elaboration process
-Soetdu The first step was to draw the sketch of the map on the wood
- The second step was to cut as much as possible from the surroundings of the map with the cutter
- The third step was to sand with the Dremel and with the sandpaper by hand
- The fourth step consisted of piercing the heart in the center
- Fifth step was to place a tricolor tape cutout and fix it with glue on the openwork heart.
