El concurso se basa en responder algunas preguntas que giran en torno a nuestro conocimiento y experiencia en la plataforma de #hive. Les voy a contar de a poco como ha sido todo este recorrido y como ha influido positivamente en mi vida.

The contest is based on answering some questions that revolve around our knowledge and experience on the #hive platform. I am going to tell you little by little how this whole journey has been and how it has positively influenced my life.
¿Qué es Hive? || What is Hive?
Hive es una plataforma que te permite a ti y cualquier persona que lo desee compartir un poco de sí mismos. No importa cuál sea tu talento o afición, en #hive siempre hay un espacio disponible para ti.

¿Cómo supe de Hive? || How did I hear about Hive?
Pues de Hive me entero días antes de que fuera "lanzada al aire". Yo venía trabajando con mi blog de Steemit muy esporádicamente y entrando un día a conversar en los grupos de Discord me enteró de todo lo sucedido con los Witness y como ahora la plataforma se iba a "dividir" en dos (el apoyo dentro de la plataforma era sumamente escaso y eso me había desanimado un poco y obligándome a buscar otros medios para generar ingresos, el motivo por el que me inicié en este mundo del blogging).
Mi reacción fue: Ahora tendré 2 blogs 😲. Vaya que fue una sorpresa para mí, pero no le negué la oportunidad a esta nueva plataforma de sorprenderme y ver que tal salían las cosas. Con el tiempo dejé atrás mi blog de Steemit, y convertí a Hive en mi casa. ♥
Well, I found out about Hive days before it was 'launched into the air'. I had been working with my Steemit blog very sporadically and entering one day to talk in the Discord groups I found out about everything that happened with the Witnesses and how now the platform was going to 'divide' in two (the support within the platform It was extremely scarce and that had discouraged me a bit and forced me to look for other means to generate income, the reason why I started in this world of blogging).
My reaction was: Now I will have 2 blogs 😲. Wow, that was a surprise for me, but I did not deny this new platform the opportunity to surprise me and see how things turned out. Over time I left my Steemit blog behind, and made Hive my home. ♥
¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive? || What were my doubts when I joined to Hive??
- ¿Este es el principio del fin?
Te encontrabas en los chats de Discord con mucha gente negativa que salían con sus pésimos comentarios de "yo les dije que esto iba a pasar" "ya pronto va a morir esto".
- ¿Ya no voy a poder escribir mis artículos?
A penas iba retomando mi blog de Steemit, que ya venía con una mala racha, y me dicen "no, ahora tienes que escribir en otro lado", sin saber exactamente como iban a funcionar las cosas.
- ¿Existirá realmente un apoyo dentro de la plataforma luego de este nuevo comienzo?
Como les comenté, las comunidades poco a poco iban abandonando y no apostaban por el proyecto, fue cuando comenzaron a bajar las recompensas y por ende muchos usuarios abandonaron sus blogs.
- ¿Cómo funciona todo eso de las comunidades?
Estaban las llamadas tribus, con sus tokens y todo eso, pero lo de las comunidades donde debía publicar me confundió un poco. Con los días, viendo como funcionaban y leyendo le fui agarrando el hilo.
- La moneda, ¿tendrá valor? ¿Si la podremos vender algún día?
En principio comenzamos a recibir recompensas en la crypto HIVE, pero no teníamos idea cuál sería exactamente su valor y cuando podríamos comenzar a tradearla e intercambiarla por nuestra moneda local. Esto generó cierta confusión y angustia porque muchos vivimos de esas recompensas y no ver dinero en esos días por el trabajo era algo agobiante, pero ya luego nos llevamos gratas sorpresas. Valió la pena esa espera.
Vaya que surgieron muchas dudas y estábamos todos en un estado de ansiedad y zozobra ante estos nuevos cambios, pero con el tiempo todo se fue disipando. Si ya eres uno de los usuarios que tiene semanas o meses acá te habrás dado cuenta de que no hay nada que temer y si mucho que ganar. Solo es cuestión de leer, investigar mucho y apostar por este hermoso proyecto porque lo vale.
Obviously with these changes many doubts arose such as:
- Is this the beginning of the end?
You were in Discord chats with a lot of negative people who came out with their terrible comments of 'I told you this was going to happen' and this is going to die soon.
- Will I no longer be able to write my articles?
I was barely taking up my Steemit blog, which was already on a bad streak, and they told me 'no, now you have to write elsewhere', without knowing exactly how things were going to work.
- Will there really be support within the platform after this new beginning?
As I mentioned, the communities were gradually abandoning and not betting on the project, it was when the rewards began to drop and therefore many users abandoned their blogs.
- How does all that about communities work?
There were the so-called tribes, with their tokens and all that, but the communities where I had to publish confused me a bit. Over the days, seeing how they worked and reading, I got hold of the thread.
- The coin, will it have value? If we can sell it one day?
At first we started receiving rewards in the HIVE crypto, but we had no idea what exactly its value would be and when we could start trading it and exchanging it for our local currency. This generated some confusion and anguish because many of us live on these rewards and not seeing money in those days for work was something overwhelming, but then we got pleasant surprises. It was worth that wait.
Boy, many doubts arose and we were all in a state of anxiety and anxiety about these new changes, but with time everything was dissipating. If you are already one of the users who has been here for weeks or months, you will have realized that there is nothing to fear and much to gain. It is just a matter of reading, doing a lot of research and betting on this beautiful project because it is worth it.
¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento? || What has been my experience so far?
Hive tiene un año y a decir verdad no fui muy constante en meses atras, me retiraba y posteaba de vez en cuando, bien sea por problemas de salud o desanimo porque no valoraban todo el esfuerzo que daba para crear mis publicaciones.
Porque para mi no solo se trata de escribir algo a lo loco y ya, yo planifico mi contenido, demoro alrededor de una hora redactando, leo una y otra vez los párrafos que escribo, todo coloco en un corrector de ortografía.
Adicional a esto, paso otra media hora, editando las portadas de mis post para que todo se vea bien llamativo y alusivo al tema a tratar, coloco todos los códigos html a mano, en fin. Cuido cada detalle y me lo tomo bien en serio, pues de esto vivimos en casa.
Fui observando un cambio a la hora del apoyo, aparecieron grandes usuarios que apoyaban el contenido y me dieron esos ánimos para volver y seguir creando contenido para ustedes y pues, para mi también porque todo lo que les comparto tienen una utilidad en mi vida diaria.
Hace ya 3 meses que he ido aumentando mi frecuencia en el posteo y ya casi que logro publicar un post diario (yo soy ama de casa, madre, esposa y además tengo otros trabajos que hacer y responsabilidades) y muchas veces no me da tiempo entre tantos quehaceres de crear mi contenido, pero poco a poco me voy organizando para poder lograr mi meta que poder postear a diario.
Hive me ha permitido lograr grandes cosas, hemos podido solventar emergencias en casa, ya podernos darnos "el lujo" de tener las 3 comidas diarias, con mayor abundancia, cubrimos gastos como vestimenta y recreación (de vez en cuando nos damos una noche de películas o preparamos algún postre rico para disfrutar los 3) y sobre todo disfruto mucho el poder crear contenido para ustedes, poder expresarme, el ir conociendo poco a poco mis capacidades como artista, escritora, como chef aficionada y cualquier cosa que me he propuesto lograr.
Hive generado un cambio positivo en mi vida y es por ello que siempre estoy hablando con amistades y conocidos sobre esta plataforma, porque ha cambiado mi vida de una manera maravillosa, permitiendome liberar cargar y vivir de una manera "normal" en un país tan caotico e inestable como lo es Venezuela.
Además he sido testigo de todo lo que comparten los demás compañeros en sus blogs, de como han iniciado o ido creciendo sus emprendimientos fuera de la plataforma y como día a día va creciendo la comunidad viendo nuevas caras. Me alegra mucho ver estos testimonios y lo comento con orgullo a quien puedo, porque formo parte de esto.
Si esta es la primera vez que escuchas hablar de la plataforma, te invito a adentrarte en el mundo del blogging, donde te cruzarás con personas maravillosas, con increíbles talentos y también podrás mostrar todo eso de lo que eres capaz.

Hive is a year old and to tell the truth I was not very consistent in months ago, I would withdraw and post from time to time, either due to health problems or discouragement because they did not appreciate all the effort I gave to create my publications.
Because for me it is not just about writing something crazy and now, I plan my content, I take about an hour writing, I read the paragraphs I write over and over again, I put everything in a spell checker.
In addition to this, I spend another half hour, editing the covers of my post so that everything looks very striking and allusive to the subject at hand, I place all the html codes by hand, anyway. I take care of every detail and I take it very seriously, because this is what we live at home.
I was observing a change at the time of support, great users appeared who supported the content and gave me the encouragement to come back and continue creating content for you and, well, for me too because everything I share with you has a utility in my daily life.
It has been 3 months since I have been increasing my frequency in posting and I have almost managed to publish a daily post (I am a housewife, mother, wife and I also have other jobs to do and responsibilities) and many times I do not have time between So many chores to create my content, but little by little I am organizing myself to achieve my goal of being able to post daily.
Hive has allowed me to achieve great things, we have been able to solve emergencies at home, and to be able to afford 'the luxury' of having the 3 daily meals, with greater abundance, we cover expenses such as clothing and recreation (from time to time we have a movie night Or we prepare a delicious dessert to enjoy all 3) and above all I really enjoy being able to create content for you, being able to express myself, gradually getting to know my abilities as an artist, writer, as an amateur chef and whatever I have set out to achieve.
I have generated a positive change in my life and that is why I am always talking with friends and acquaintances about this platform, because it has changed my life in a wonderful way, allowing me to free myself from the burden and live in a 'normal' way in such a chaotic country. And unstable as Venezuela is.
I have also witnessed everything that other colleagues share on their blogs, how they have started or grown their ventures outside the platform and how the community grows day by day seeing new faces. I am very happy to see these testimonies and I comment it with pride to whom I can, because I am part of this.
