Hello friends, I tell you that yesterday was a day of many errands, and since we knew that we would be late and tired, we wanted to make a quick lunch (Pasta la la bologna), so we left part of this ready in the morning before leaving, which It was the ground beef, because the pasta as it is much faster we made it when we arrived.

Preparación // Preparation
We start by adding the ground meat in the cauldron where we are going to cook it, and then we add a little salt, color and water and put it to cook over medium heat.
Meanwhile, we are chopping the very small dressings to add them to the meat with the bay leaf and the basil and on the other hand we grate the tomato (s) (the amount is to everyone's taste) but we leave it to add it later when the meat already has at least 25 minutes cooking. After adding the tomato, we let it cook for about 10 more minutes so that it takes on the flavor of the tomato.
When we add the tomato, while the meat is finished cooking; In a separate pot we are assembling the pasta, for this first we boil the water with oil and salt, and once it is boiling, we add the pasta and let it cook for approximately 12 minutes; then we put it in a colander and that's it.
Once the meat and pasta are ready, we proceed to serve it on a plate, and if we want we can add grated cheese on top, or tomato sauce or mayonnaise, as it causes you, and you can accompany it with some bread or slices if you wish.
This is our pasta, I hope you like it. In my house we are lovers of pasta accompanied with a good piece of toast, with Parmesan cheese on top and with a little mayonnaise like good chubby, oh and I forgot with a good glass of soda, you have to try it like that, it is a great combination.
